We sell jewelry manufactured by
several different companies in various locations. ALL of the Black Hills
Gold rings and much of their other jewelry will be manufactured for you and
shipped direct to you within 5-10 business days.  With the sterling
silver we have many pieces on hand, however the majority of our
items are located at a central warehouse. All
items were in stock when the auction was listed and will be shipped
within 2 business days of payment.
Should the item you purchased be out-of-stock (RARELY OCCURS) when we receive your
payment, we will back-order or immediately refund your purchase,
your choice. If immediate availability is important to you -
please email us

SHIPPING
All shipments are insured.
No shipments on Saturday or Sunday or National/Post Office holidays.
USA: We offer a choice of postal
shipping services - our in-house handling time
is the same for all options.
1. 1st class, with delivery confirmation
and insured - the slowest and least
expensive. Post office will tell you 2-5
business days. Many, but certainly not
all - will arrive in that time frame.
If your package takes longer than normal for
postal delivery we cannot do anything about
it until 4 weeks after shipment. The post
office will not accept lost inquiries/claims
on 1st class mail until 30 days after
shipment.
2. Priority, with delivery confirmation
and insured - generally delivered in
3-4 days. Much more reliable on that
time frame than 1st class.
3. Most Landstrom's items will be shipped by UPS.
International Buyers:
We ship by INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL.
Contact us for information on international
priority and express shipping. Please allow
3 weeks for delivery to you. Item will
probably arrive in a shorter time, usually
dependent on your country's customs office.
Your country may impose duties and/or taxes on
your items. Fees vary by country and are NOT
included in our price. Fees may be collected by
your postal or customs office. Please do NOT
ask us to falsify the customs form.
BLACK
HILLS GOLD SHIPPING ONLY: Your
Black Hills Gold order will normally ship
within 7-10 days. This is a hand-crafted
and hand-finished, not robotically manufactured or mass produced
new item, typically not in stock, and made when your order is placed. Black

A note about our CLOSEOUT
section: all of our CLOSEOUT merchandise is NEW merchandise. We select our CLOSEOUT merchandise from our large inventory; items that we have determined we will not re-order; items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer;
and overstock items. Our CLOSEOUT section will be larger in the summer months, especially August and early September as we re-evaluate our inventory for the coming Holiday buying season.

the transaction ends when we know you have received your item (usually by the
