We offer a 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Jewelry. All returns
must be authorized, and no later than 10 days after receipt. After
that time, we are happy to exchange, repair, or correct any problem
that may arise, just email us in advance!
Sorry, Herbs & Oils cannot be returned.

Shipping
We ship 2 - 3 times per week via 1st
Class, USPS.
Unless otherwise noted, S&H for Jewelry
Items is $2.50 for 1st item and .25-cents for each additional items
for all eBay-listed items (1st Class US mail includes Delivery Confirmation
services). Insurance is optional, though always recommended, and is
$1.30 per $50.00 insured.
For Herbs & Oils, it's $2.00 for the 1st item & .25-cents per
additional item.
For over 4 herb/oil items, a flat $5.50 Priority Shipping is applied.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any uninsured
package lost or damaged in the mail.

Delinquency & Non-Paying Bidders/Buyers
Payment is due within 10 days of auction
end/purchase.
If you cannot pay within 10 days, please contact us before bidding.
If we are not contacted, these auctions will be considered null/void
& a NPB/Fee Credit will be requested.
INSURANCE:
Loss
of a package is covered when the package is in the "possession"
of the USPS. Once the package is delivered to your mailbox or
wherever your mail is received and the delivery confirmation reflects a delivered status (meaning the delivery confirmation label has been scanned and entered as delivered), we are no longer responsible for it, unless you contact us, and comply with the requirements for a signed statement that the package never arrived. We will then (upon receipt of the letter with your signature) replace your order or send a refund.
If
after 30 days from shipment date, your package has not been delivered,
it will be considered lost. Please contact us and provide name,
address, order number, and a phone number, informing us that the
item has not been delivered. We will then make arrangements with
you for replacement or refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Policy is for replacement, but if the item is no longer available
we will issue a refund. Replacement or refund will be issued within
30 days of determination. We will also continue to check the status
of the original package. If it does show up after the refund or
replacements, we insist that it be returned to us at our expense
if we so choose or in the case of a refund being issued, all monies
refunded to you shall be returned to us.
Damages
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, via email. Proof
of damages must be provided. This means that the item will have
to be returned to us (at the buyers expense...this is no different
than any major mail order type business) with the original packaging
or digital pictures or scans of the item and packaging must be
emailed to us. The items or pictures of damage and packaging must
be received within 7 days from initial email contact. After that
time, if the item has not been received the claim is null and
void. If you are returning the item we would highly suggest including
delivery confirmation as your claim can not be processed if we
can not determine the extent and cause of damage.
APO, FPO BUYERS:
We are proud to support our military personnel and their families overseas. Please make sure the items you are having shipped
are allowed in your area. We know (family member is US Air Force;
Hello Jim!) that depending on where military personnel are located,
that there may be lists of items (symbols, etc.) that are not
allowed for various reasons. Please check on this before purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
It is your responsibility to make sure that any items
you purchase from us will clear your customs, and you are responsible
for any duty or customs fees or charges. Once we ship the item
it is out of our hands. The customs slip will declare the actual
contents within the package and actual cost with the merchandise
box marked. We will NOT show the package as being a "gift"
so that you can try to avoid any potential duty fees.
We gladly
ship internationally, but this is at the buyers own risk. Once
we deliver the package to the Post Office we are no longer responsible
for it. This includes loss and or damage. Please understand that we ship Daily to international
destinations and have only had 2 problems... but these 2 problems
were enough to institute this policy.

Sad that I have to state this, but....
No bidders on Herbs, Oils & Seeds under the
age of 18!
As some herbs & oils are considered poisonous & mis-use can
be dangerous, the seller is in no way responsible for any damages resulting
from the use or misuse of products. It is solely the responsibility
of the bidder to ascertain usage guidelines & that it is legal for
this item to be sold to them and to be shipped to their address.
All Botanical & Oil Products are Sold for External Use Only, and
Not Intended for Internal Consumption!
