Four years ago we decided to close our retail location in order to devote all our time to developing an online store. We am constantly adding new items and categories, and are thoroughly committed, as we always were, to bringing the most unique quality gift items to our customers.

We pride ourselves on personalized and superior customer service. Our greatest joy in owning Silver Impressions as a brick and mortar store was in meeting our customers, a lot of whom have become our friends. Even though selling via an online store lacks the full personal contact found in retail, We are committed to offering the most personalized service possible in this medium.

Orders that require engraving are shipped within 7-10 business days from day of order.

Packages shipped within the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS automatically insures shipments of up to $100. We will e-mail you a tracking number so that you can keep track of the your shipment's progress via the UPS website.

Since we are located in the East Coast, delivery time is between 1-6 business days (not counting weekend days), depending on package destination. Please note that UPS does not deliver or pickup on weekends. Also, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

This map shows time in transit for your ground package and will help you estimate delivery date for your order. Please remember UPS only operates on business days!

Silver Impressions does not sell nor share any of your personal information. We might use your E-mail address a few times a year to update you with information about our web site. You can request to be removed from our mailing list.

All purchases carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at silverimpressions@yahoo.com to arrange for a return. We will give you an RA# and a shipping address. The RA# must be marked on the outside box. We will not accept COD deliveries. Please make sure you use an insured carrier, as Silver Impressions can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Personalized items can not be returned.

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and packed in their original packaging. Pimpernel products may not be returned if opened. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

As soon as your returned item arrives at our office we will check it and issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase. If you received this item as a gift please provide us with a credit card number to which you want your credit applied.
