EMAIL REPLIES AND END OF AUCTION EMAILS

I try to answer auction and Ebay store purchases within 24 hours. I am a true "Night Owl" and am usually answering emails after midnight (Eastern time zone). When my schedule permits I log in and answer emails in the afternoon, but please be patient if you don't hear from me until late at night.

PAYMENTS

Paypal Payments are due within 7 days of when auction ends. I am sorry, but I can only accept paypal.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES COMBINED SHIPPING

I am happy to offer save you money on S&H by combining charges. To receive Combined S&H you MUST wait for a Combined Purchase Invoice (almost always sent within 24 hours) and you MUST make ONE COMBINED PAYMENT.

I do not use a standard percentage or amount for S&H discount as I have found through my own experience as a buyer with other sellers that a fixed discount always favors the seller.

My policy is to weigh the combined package, then input the weight, your zip code and my zip code into the calculators for Shipping Rates with USPS and UPS. I give you the best rate available.

SHIPPING

I normally ship Tuesdays and Fridays. Changes to this schedule will be posted to the Top section of my eBay Store pages.

All US Mail packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional = but please remember insurance is to protect you from a lost or damaged package. If you choose to omit insurance I cannot help you if your item is lost or damamged. I do my best to pack your purchase safely and securely, but there is always a chance for a catastrophe. (see my feedback to see that my customers comments on shipping!) I am proud of my shipping record and hope you will give me a chance to ship something to you soon!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I am happy to ship most items internationally. Please NOTE! Customs duties (import fees) are the BUYERS responsibility. Know the regulations for your home country. I will NOT falsify customs documents as this is against the law in the US. Items will be shown as Merchandise with true purchase price shown. I cannot ship to Italy. And I cannot ship jewelry to Australia - this is an Australian import restriction so talk to your own governemnt and ask them why not. (sorry - I get tired of answering this question cause I have no idea why I can't send jewelry to Australia and I really would like to be able to do so.)

RETURN POLICY

Returns tend to fall into two categories.

1) Shipping damage or items lost in transit will be covered by insurance you purchase with shipping or not at all. Insurance is always available to you (for US purchases ONLY = I cannot insure out of country with any reliability - this information is from my postmaster). If you pass on insuring your package I cannot be responsible. In over nine years I have never had a package not arrive (one or two took a long time due to post office mis-delivery) and only four claims. I DO pack well - I want your purchase to arrive in good shape.

2) Returns because you don't like the item or simply changed your mind.... You must notify me as soon as the package arrives and return within THREE (3) business days of your receipt of package. Item must be in original condition and carefully repacked. Return shipping is at your expense and I strongly urge insuring any return - a damaged package that you did not insure will be refused and returned to you. Refund will be made by Paypal for the purchase price of the item only. Refunds are made once I have received package.

Cabochons, Sale, Clearance and Reduced Price Items are an exception and are NOT returnable.
