Phone Number: If you haven't already, please add a working phone number to your information at checkout in case we need to contact you. 

Address: Please make sure that your shipping address includes all details including apartment number etc., and that the zip code is correct (you can check this at the USPS site or other internet sites). If you've moved recently, please remember to update the shipping address on your eBay and Paypal accounts.  

Contact: Please use eBay messages to contact us as we check this frequently. As we try to get our packages out quickly, if you write special instructions or a last minute change of address on your Paypal payment or by personal email, we may receive this information after shipping. 

Shipping Time: We make every effort to ship as soon as possible on most items purchased Monday through Friday. The USPS (US Postal Service) gives the most recent average delivery times as follows:

US First Class Mail- estimated delivery 4-7 days

US Priority Mail-estimated delivery 4-5 days

We have specified 5 business days for handling on our listings for some of our watches as these are customized with the appropriate team logo only after purchase. Some of our more unique watches are also custom, and time frames for this process are specifed in the listing. This is in addition to delivery time .These are exceptional watches and worth the wait, but if you need them by a certain date, please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time as we can’t expedite this .  

UPS Ground (United Parcel Service) – average delivery time- 6-11 days depending upon distance from the Northeast. Packages going to the N.Y. tri-state area usually take from 1-2 business days.  

For packages going to the West coast, we may substitute Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation as this service provides faster delivery than UPS Ground. 

Please note- UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. We use USPS for these packages, as well as for any packages with destinations outside of the contiguous 48 states.  

Overnight Services: Unfortunately, we can't do overnight shipping.

     International Shipping

Services : We ship by USPS First Class Mail International as we find it reliable and the most economical service available. We find there is little difference in this service and the more costly USPS Priority Mail International, although we also offer this option if you prefer.

We use a reputable third party shipping insurer-Shipsurance -included in our shipping fee. Although they provide coverage to several nations, there are many that are excluded. We only ship to international destinations that we can purchase insurance for. Please email us before purchase if your country does not appear on our listings.      

Delivery Time: If your purchase is for a gift or if you need it by a certain date, please allow plenty of time for delivery- especially during the busy holiday season. International packages usually arrive within two weeks, but this can vary widely. The USPS offers no guarantees on shipping times even on Priority Mail International or Express services. Packages can be delayed in customs; clearing customs even between the USA and Canada can occasionally slow delivery time to up to one month. Air and ground travel can be delayed by weather conditions locally and worldwide…in short, we do our very best on this end, but we can never guarantee delivery by a certain date as that part is out of our control.
