ABOUT US
Silverparlor was started in 2000 by two brothers. They began their business on EBay, selling sterling silver and fashion jewelry from factory overstock. As business began to excel, one of the brothers began to resource additional factories for new and up coming jewelry. Now six years later Jewels4gifts is three times larger then we once were, and can offer many more styles. We currently sell to USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, and Germany.. During this last six years, we have still maintained our quality standards and remain a family owned business. We are proud to be a continued partner with EBay and look forward to yet another successful year. We have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. If item(s) are returned within fourteen (14) business days of receipt, we will refund your winning bid amount (shipping and handling not included). Of course, in the the circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. All returns must be sent with the original order number and/or item number. Please also include your email address and/or phone # in case we have a question regarding your return. In addition, please include the reason for the return (i.e. too big). All of this information is extremely important. Failure to include this information may delay or prevent us from properly processing your Return. A return for a refund will be processed for the original purchase price minus the shipping charges. Your refund will be processed through the original method of payment. For example, if you paid using your Visa card, the refund will be credited to that Visa card. |
