Payment required within 5 days of purchase. All items must be paid for on one invoice to receive the combined shipping and handling discount. International packages over $50 are subject to being mailed via registered insured mail which is expensive. The max U.S. shipping for jewelry items is $6.95 no matter how many jewelry items you purchase.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. refund for merchandise only, not shipping and handling
I wanted to let ya'll know something on feedback. Sellers are penalized for anything less than a 5, so if you are happy with the item, packaging and a reasonable shipping time please give us a 5. I know a 4 sounds good, but it is not! Please also think of when an item is mailed and not blame us on when it was delivered. As long as it was mailed when we said it was (for me the next business day after payment) we cannot control what the post office does. Please don't blame us for their delays. Thanks so much!!
Ebay has once again changed their rules and not to the better! At the beginning of 2009 Ebay forced sellers to change their listings to say that we do not take checks or money orders, only Pay Pal. This is not the choice of sellers, in fact, many preferred that method of payment because we didn't have to pay the 4-10% fees that pay pal charges on each transaction. Ebay owns pay pal so we know why that change was made. (This fee is on top of the 15% selling fee, listing fees for each item, and the monthly fee to have an eBay store.) Sellers are still allowed to take checks and money orders as payment if we want to, but we are not allowed to advertise that. All you have to do is ask me. I will take US checks and money orders (no international) if you wish to pay that way!
Now (July 2009) eBay is telling us that we can no longer offer shipping insurance as an option. I am not sure of the reason, but when we list a new item there is a note reminding us that the option will be removed soon.
Because of the ridiculously high fees charged, I hope you will all understand why I cannot offer discounts on my inventory that is sold thru ebay. I do sell my inventory in other areas with very low or no fees where I do offer discounts on s/h and have frequent sales and promotions.
