While we specialize in Top of the Line Secondary Market Collectible Items: RETIRED; 1st & LE; OUT OF PRODUCTION & HARD TO FIND PIECES of fine names as DISNEY {GOOFY is our specialty}; SWAROVSKI; BOYD'S & DEPARTMENT 56 {just to name a few} along with antique, auction & estate sale finds etc.. We no longer have an Actual Retail Store so EVERYTHING we list is SECONDARY MARKET hence ALL listings are an AUCTION, as such, ALL items are sold AS IS. It is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to ask for or obtain a condition/information report {if not provided or further information than what is described is needed} BEFORE bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been restored, cleaned, refinished etc..!
BIDDING POLICIES: We reserve the right {and will practice} to CANCEL any bids from bidders that have any NON-PAYING Negative feedback without a really reliable response. If you have Negative feedback for NON-PAYMENT and wish to bid on one of our items, please feel free to email us in Advance with your request and explanation for Prior authorization to bid on our items.
Additionally, while we do 'occassionally' make a SECOND CHANCE offer if we have more than one of a particular item and/or if the original winning bidder did not pay, we do NOT accept ANY offers after a listing has ended either for the same listed price, a lower or higher price or relist an item per someone's email request. We all know the feeling of missing an item because of connectivity problems ect... and are very sorry if you missed your chance to bid on an item before it ended {we all take that chance when we put an item on our watchlist instead of bidding on it up front} but please do not ask us after the listing has ended. Simply put, we follow eBay's rules and DO NOT SELL OUTSIDE of eBay. On an average, we 'usually' relist approximately 6-8 weeks after the original listing ended.
PAYMENT POLICIES: An email response with your shipping information and payment preference is REQUIRED within 3 days if payment hasn't already been made via PayPal & payment is REQUIRED within 5 days of successful ending. We accept all payments via PayPal, but per PayPal requirements, PAYPAL is accepted for shipping to a CONFIRMED shipping address ONLY although we will ship to an Un-Confirmed address and/or any address of your choosing as long as Insurance is purchased~NO exceptions!!!
SHIPPING: Aside from any unforeseen complications, shipping is completed within 48hrs of receiving payment 'usually' sooner excluding Sundays {and an occassional Saturday}.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, ALL INTERNATIONAL Shipping is via USPS EXPRESS MAIL or USPS PRIORITY MAIL as long as it provides ONLINE TRACKING. While some of the international shipping fees seem and/or are high, we DO NOT OWN THE POST OFFICE AND DO NOT SET THE RATES. We usually LOSE a bit of money on International shipping. We must pay the cost of sending someone to the post office {& we no longer have one near by} which includes not only their fee but also the cost of the gas. We have made quite a few friendly contacts all over the world and truly enjoy it {which is why we continue with International bid-ness} but if you do not agree with our shipping fees, please feel free to bid elsewhere.
COMBINE SHIPPING: We do our best to save you money on shipping so a Combine Shipping discount is 'usually' available on most items {unless NO combine shipping is stated in the auction listing for the added protection of an individual item} BUT all items and shipping fees MUST be paid with one payment AND ALL winning items MUST have been WON WITHIN 5 days of the FIRST winning item {sorry but to be fair to all including our shipping department, this is NOT NEGOTIABLE}. Additionally, if you are seeking a Combine shipping discount, we 'usually' catch it if your ID is noticed on another item, but it is your responsibility to let us know and request it..
Also, we are environmentally conscientious, thereby we recycle as often as possible {this includes shipping supplies when possible} and while inventory is & has been stored in an enviromentally safe storage unit, we do NOT state that any of our listings are Free of anything {our old shopping plaza allowed smoking~we personally don't approve and/or allow it but employees DO "sneak", outside doors were open at certain times of the year~exhaust fumes etc, well mannered/behaved pets have always been welcome etc...}.
INSURANCE: Insurance on Most items is optional but available for an additional $1.70 per $50.00 ~ it is recommended as we can not nor will not be responsible for any item once it is in the care of the postal system! Please note for INSURED shipments: if deemed necessary, all Insurance claims will be filed on the winner's end and the refund will be sent to the winner via the postal service but we will be completely available for all assistance in this matter including providing the necessary forms. Occassionally, being both human & 'goofy' & dealing with human beings in the post office, a package that should have been sent Insured gets overlooked, on the Very Rare occassions that this does occur, please take comfort in knowing that we will self-insure any and all shipments that have purchased insurance! Additionally, if a shipment WITHIN the US is lost we will make every effort to replace items and/or return payment if that shipment cannot be tracked {does not mean if you didnt receive it.. it means if we can't track it}.
FEEDBACK POLICY: We totally and completely believe in a fair & appropriate Feedback System; therefore, we leave feedback for all of our winning bidders (including Non-Responding/Non-Paying Bidders) as soon as the transaction is totally completed by you letting us know that the shipment has arrived {via a quick email or by registering feedback} and we both agree that all is well just to be sure that everyone is completely satisfied with their transaction. We DO NOT leave positive feedback for anyone that has a problem and doesn't give us the courteous or respect of trying to work out the problem {sadly, this mostly applys to Newbies}!
RETURN POLICY: As we truly only want a Happy Satisified Customer, we will always authorize a refund or return on any item that is grossly mis-represented or not as described and/or pictured as accurately as our knowledge at the time of listing but due to the unique nature of our items {mostly secondary market}, we are not able to accommodate returns or refunds for {including but not exclusive to}: At this time, we are using the Turbo Lister so in the rare cases where an item was listed but we are out of stock of it, we will immediately notify the winner and refund the payment {if already made} with our most sincere apologies!!. NOT reading this page BEFORE bidding, any Pre-Filled information description and/or any Pre-Filled information that is automatically added on by eBay in error {our WRITTEN DESCRIPTION is what we base our listings on}, remorseful bidding, change of mind, found it cheaper, doesn't work {batteries DON'T last forever, we cannot control when a battery will die but we will ALWAYS be happy to send a replacement battery or re-imburse you for the cost of what we would have paid for a new battery} additionally on the same subject... Anything that has moving parts can always fail for many reasons not the least of them being the manner in which they are handled during transport and the different environments, temperatures etc.. the item goes through during the shipping process.. and the age of an item... These are OUT of our control and we simply cannot be held liable}, wanted it as a gift but not as expected {NEVER expect-ALWAYS know by asking questions}, wrong size/color etc., didn't fit, didn't ask questions in advance {PLEASE if any doubt or query, ALWAYS ask the seller questions IN ADVANCE}, manufacturer flaws - errors or sizing, someone else bid on it with your ID or anything unseen by us {new in box means 'new in box~usually unopened', factory sealed means 'Unopened'} etc. This also INCLUDES manufacturer packaging. We CAN NOT be held responsible for movement during the shipping process if there was damage to an item INSIDE its original packaging but no damage to the outter shipping box {especially GOOFY'S EARS which are known to break on many items}. We do our best to recognize any packaging gaps but we can't catch it or correct it all. It's not what you thought it was {we DO NOT and WILL NOT rename an item.. meaning what the manufacturer, retail or whatever outlet we received the item from calls an item is what we will list it as. If anyone knows the item by another name or has any doubts or even suspects it Could be named/listed wrong.. ASK US, TELL US or Notify us and we WILL include your comments on the listing if there is time to add to our description}.
The winning bidder MUST get a return authorization email from us BEFORE returning the item. The item MUST be returned in the original condition {meaning boxes, packaging etc..} that it was received in AND it must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the item. All authorized returns will usually be in the same form of payment as was received by us AND it will be for the amount of the winning bid only {we do not re-imburse shipping and handling fees in either direction}.
We will always do our best to picture and/or fully describe our items as accurately as possible during the duration of the listing, and we will be delighted to answer any questions to the best of our knowledge prior to the listing's end via email or 'ask seller a question' link. Please keep in mind that we are NOT experts in anything but will do our best to provide you with any information we have {we will even add on info if someone provides it if at all possible}. Additionally, NOTHING is Perfect! Nothing that is mass produced could possibly be "Perfect" and a One of a Kind is probably only perfect to the artist. Cheryl will be the first to admit that she is about the picky-ist person in the world but accepts reality, so if you are looking for Absolute perfection, Please look elsewhere.
