I am Keith, the middle of three sons in the business and I have nearly 20 years experience in the business ranging from sales, training and service. My older brother, Ken has over 20 years experience and he is an expert capable of teaching on all brands of sewing machine software as well as embroidery machines and quilting machines (both commercial and household). Darren, my younger brother has been involved for over 15 years and his expertise is software, service as well as teaching. We provide over 100 years experience just in our immediate family, when you add in the experience of our extended family (our incredible staff) you can double that figure.
