* All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders leave our warehouse within 7-10 full business days. We do ask to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date payment clears. These are estimated shipping times and not guarantee.

The USPS shipping program has been updated this year and does frequently reject shipping addresses if they are not provided EXACTLY as represented in the USPS shipping program. If there is a problem, you will be notified by email with the error message that is received concerning your address. In order for their to be appropriate tracing of your package, USPS packages do need to be processed through the appropriate shipping program.
All international Buyers, Sisters Home is not responsible for Customs or Duty fees. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any and all taxes to border and export agents. We will fill out appropriate paper work necessary for customs and always fill in the EXACT VALUE on customs.
* Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada are always subject to specific shipping costs based upon their local.
* Buyers will be sent an invoice with the stated shipping costs included. We are always glad to combine shipping costs . If payment is made before receiving your invoice from us, please do include the shipping costs as stated in each auction. Incorrect shipping amount paid will significantly delay the shipment of your package.
* Items are guaranteed in Brand New Condition unless otherwise noted. We do strive to promote items as clearly as possible. In providing descriptions, we do use the manufacturer’s pictures and technical information that is provided to us. Most companies do hire technical writers to provide clear descriptions and these are what we use. Also, pictures are used directly from the individual supplier when available.
* All sales are FINAL. All items are brand new, (except where specifically indicated) and will come in the original packaging, when available. We do strive to keep our prices as low as possible in order to provide the best value that can be found on the internet. In order to do this, we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS DUE TO COLOR DIFFERENTIATIONS, DOESN’T FIT MY DÉCOR; NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, ETC…..We cannot be responsible for color differences on individual monitors. If in doubt, please do inquire about purchasing samples, individual pillows, shams, etc. We will be glad to help any way we can!

If you have questions, please email a Customer Service Specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . Please email us directly through eBay. We strive to answer all e-mails with a 24-48 hour period and emails are answered in the order they are received. We typically receive 200+ emails a day that we do respond to individually ; and all emails are responded to in the order they are received. We , typically, are not available during evenings and weekends. Please wait 48 hours before sending another e-mail. We truly value your opinion and strive to provide you with quality merchandise and excellent customer service. We invite you to email us at anytime with any concerns for assistance. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept most major credit cards. Wining bidder will be sent to our secured check out area. You will be prompted to type in your shipping address and a phone number for shipping and payment processing. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted. DAMAGE CLAIMS
All packages are inspected and additional care is taken to help avoid damage during transit. However, sometimes damage can occur while in transit. packages. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within 24 HOURS of receipt of any shipping damages for assistance. Ask the driver to note the delivery slip. Once the order leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for damage caused while in transit. Unfortunately, despite packages items carefully, Damages do occur in shipping and we do ask that shipping insurance be purchased in order for us to process a claim or replacement. Insurance is always provided as an option. If you choose to decline to purchase insurance, please do not ask us to be responsible. (We do all have to purchase car insurance, health insurance and home insurance….While we hope that we do not have to use these, we cannot utilize these if they are not purchased!). . . We understand and can appreciate your position in the event of damage and we will immediately take the necessary steps to file damage claim IF INSURANCE HAS BEEN PURCHASED and ship to you another item as stock permits.
