Return policy:
First - I would really discourage anyone from bidding on an item just to return it, as postage is expensive and is not refunded.
Please watch measurements and know what you are buying.
I always ship delivery confirmation so the day the item is delivered can be verified...
1. An item must be returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. (packages not meeting this will be rejected at the post office and sent back.)
2. Item must arrive in the exact condition it was received in...all labels, tags, etc must not be removed, and the item cannot have been worn or washed. In other words...try it on...if you are not satisfied...put it back in the bag and return it immediately! If you send me back a used item...you will get no refund and you will have to pay the postage to get the item back. (this is strictly enforced)
3. The item must arrive in the manufacturers poly bag if it was shipped in one. (no refund will be given if it doesn't)
4. The postage to get it to you will not be refunded as previously stated, you are also responsible for shipping the item back. (please ship delivery confirmation so we can make sure I receive the item...if an item doesn't arrive (this happens) no refund will be given just because a person says they shipped it... with delivery confirmation we can check the delivery status of your item and also where it is.
5.There is a 15% restocking fee. This means that your refund will be the price you paid for the item (not including the shipping as once again this is not refundable) minus 15% of the ending auction price...so if you paid $30 for an item...you would receive $25.50 back.
6. A note has to be included in the package with a name, address, your ebay ID name, and a reason as to why you are returning the item...please send an email informing me that you are wanting to return an item.
With the price of shipping and the 15% restocking fee, it is expensive to return an item.
It is also why most sellers offer no return policy and they have an all sales are final policy instead.
My desire is that you have a really good buying experience on ebay which means that you are totally satisfied with an item you win.
This is why I offer a return policy...so if you are really not satisfied you can return it.
I have a hard time with an all sales are final policy as you cannot see or touch your items before winning them.
Just a note...it is really rare for me to have someone return an item because they are not satisfied with it.
So...You can bid with confidence that you are receiving a great product!
