Dear sjscout, Ok because I respect the amount of professionalism you have displayed in our dealing and in your packaging I am giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming this was a mistake and not an intentional ebay ripoff. I purchased and paid for this card immediately upon winning the auction. I waited for the card and received it today and when I looked at the back of the card there was damage to the back corner and side of the card. As such, I would like a refund. Once the refund is given I will leave positive feedback because you did correct the problem. Thanks.

Dear dhm11300, What kind of damage? this is news to me.... Anyhow, i have absolutley no problem sending a refund, for any item, but i do require you to mail the card back first. By the way- to even infer the word rip off is disrespectful.

Dear sjscout, the corner and the side is peeling back and u can clearly see it on the back of the card. that said, we're talking about a purchase that is of very little dollar value and it is not worth my time driving to the post office and then paying additional shipping costs to return the card to you. im already irritated enough that i let another auction go for a difft jimmy smith auto to get this one. if u want to refund me the money then refund it...if not im happy to leave bad feedback and go on my way. the dollar amount is so minescule I am not wasting any more time on this matter. u can let me know what u want to do.

Dear dhm11300, I will not refund without the card being returned. Simple business. Ebay has been notified as well regarding the feedback extortion
- sjscout
Dear sjscout, feedback extorsion? u want me to spend my time and money to send u back a damaged item that u sent me that has a value of 12 dollars...? hmm yeah thats gonna happen...it would cost me more in time and money to ship it back to u than the thing is worth. your a horrible ebay salesman and quite frankly at this point i think u intentionally sent me a damaged card
- dhm11300
Dear dhm11300, I have over 2000 feedbacks, and never was accused of such things. If you do not want the card, put it in a plain white envelope and hard sleeve, mail it back with a 42 cent stamp. or mail it back to me in my envelope, that will cost 1 dollar and 50 cents... Like i said, i would gladly send u the refund upon receipt of the card . If there was a dmaged card and i knew of it, it would not have been for sale....I have no problem being professional
- sjscout
Dear sjscout, i do not understand y u keep wasting my time with this nonsense. do u really think im going to spend a dollar fifty sending this back to u and then gas money driving to the post office on top of time out of my day to do all this so u can send me a refund because u screwed up? and over a 12 dollar refund? get out of here. unless i get a message with the words..."refund being sent sorry for the problem" and nothing else...then dont write me back. i think ive made this clear 3 times already...i do not wish to waste any more of my time with this nonsense over 12 dollars. if u feel all warm and fuzy inside because u managed to turn your damaged card into 12 dollars good for you.
