We offer a variety of name-brand quality electronic products ranging from vintage collectibles to the latest technologies. We regularly carry the following product categories: home audio and video, gaming equipment, mobile electronics, personal audio, photo and imaging. Bidding Information
  • By placing a bid, you are abiding by eBay's User Agreement. If you are unsure of the conditions in the User Agreement, please click here. If you do not understand and agree to terms and condition on the items, return, shipping and handling condition please contact us before bidding on any listings.

If there are any issues or problems with your transaction, please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Canceling Fee
  • All back out bidders after winning/purchasing an item from our website are subject to an "Canceling Fee", which will be determine based on the listing price. (This is to cover the listing and finals fees lost for the listing the item.) "When you list an item on eBay, seller's are charged an Insertion Fee. If the item sells, the seller is also charged a Final Value Fee. The total cost of selling an item is the Insertion Fee plus the Final Value Fee."
  • All non-paying bidders who do not take responsibility for "Canceling Fee" will be reported to eBay and appropriate feedback will be left. Please make sure you have fully read the description of the listing and bid with confidence.


 PAYMENT POLICY


Payment
  • Payment can be made through Paypal or Money orders. Sorry Cash and Personal Checks are not accepted. Payment is expected to be received within 1-3 days after the close of the auction.
  • Paypal payment is preferred. Paypal allows for immediate shipping. Once you have won an auction, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item if payment is not received.
  • All Personal Checks are subject to a 10-business day holding period. Please make sure to include the eBay auction number and your shipping address with any payment. Missing any of the above information could significantly delay the delivery of your product. Orders will be shipped once the check has cleared.

  • PayPal's Verification System allows you to learn more about users before you pay them through PayPal. Verify that the information below is consistent with the business, organization or person you wish to pay.
  • To become Verified, a PayPal member in the United States must provide us with proof that he or she has opened an account at a bank or other financial institution. Because these institutions are required by law to screen account holders, PayPal's verification process increases security when you pay parties you do not know. Please note that PayPal's verification system does not constitute an endorsement of a member, nor a guarantee of a member's business practices. You should always consider other indicators when evaluating members, including length of PayPal membership and reputation scores (on eBay or other auction sites, if applicable).

Shipping & Handling Options                   
  • Item will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. Buyer will receive a shipment notification after order is shipped.
  • Item will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days transit time for delivery.
  • We only ship to confirmed addresses within the Unites States, unless otherwise stated in the listing. We do not ship to any Military Addresses.
  • We do not ship any items over the weekends. Not responsible for items once they are shipped.
  • All Standard Flat Rate Shipping Fees include shipping and handling, service charge, transaction fees and etc.
  • Any return/undeliverable address shipment will re-send after communication with buyer. We will notify the buyer via email. The buyer is responsible for the second attempt of shipment if the package is return to us due to the buyer's mistake.
  • Make sure you agree to these terms before you bid.




Shipping Within the United States
  • Shipping within United States via United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • First Class Mail - Please allow 2-14 days for the postal service for delivery. Delivery period depends on destination location in the country relative to our shipping location in Long Island City, New York.
  • Priority Mail (2-3 day, not guaranteed).
  • Please allow 24 hours for USPS to scan your Delivery Confirmation Number into their computer systems before it is available for tracking.
  • Insurance is optional, packages without insurance ship at the buyer's own risk, we recommend insurance if you occasionally experience lost packages in your area.
International Shipping
  • International bidders, please contact us current for shipping rates before bidding or purchasing.
  • Shipping outside the United States is shipped via USPS Priority International Mail.
  • Shipment Delay: For security reasons, all international packages are inspected before leaving the United States. This will delay international shipment. Please understand that - It is out of our control when the package is in transit. Customs clearance and inspection will delay the delivery of all packages.
  • Upgrade it to Express Mail International or Global Express Guaranteed for tracking and express service at your cost.
  • It is buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs duty or taxes on the packages.
  • Our shipping days are Monday - Fridays excluding Weekends, and major US holidays.


REDSTORM'S RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

All items are described to its fullest extent with actual pictures of the item (if available). If you are unsure of the auction and/or item, and have a question about it, feel FREE to e-mail us We will gladly answer all questions concerning the auction. 

Warranty & Returns
Returns are ONLY accepted if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Returns and Exchange policies
A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Upon notification, a return authorization number (RA#) will be provided to you along with a return address. Any product returned to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at the customer expense.  

Please write the Return Authorization # (RA# xxxxxx) in large, bold type on the outside of the package. (If the RA# is not present or clearly visible on the package, the package will be refused and returned back to you). 

Product Support
When you receive your item, please inspect all packages for any damages that may have occurred during shipping and any applicable accessories for the item(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, and the shipping carton and its packing material, in the unlikely event that you'll need it for a return shipment.

In the unlikely event that you need to return the product, please e-mail us within 7 business days for an RMA number.

"Brand New" item and "As-Is" Return Policy

Brand New item 7-Day Return Policy:
Items that are identified as Brand New receive a "7-day guarantee" and may be returned for a full refund excluding a 10% Restocking fee and shipping costs if you follow the return procedures outlined above within 7 calendar days from the auction close date.

As-Is Items: All sales on items marked "As-Is" are final. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases marked as "As-Is". We will make every attempt to catalog and identify our items prior to auction and will list any known defects.

No item will be accepted for a return if the item has been altered, tampered, disassembled, or mishandled by the buyer. If you believe that the item was damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and keep all packaging material. If we receive an item that has been altered, tampered, disassembled, or mishandled by the buyer we will inform the customer that we will not accept the return.

Refunds
RS Home Discount Store retains the option of applying a review period of up to 30 days to determine whether a refund should be issued. When a return complies with our Return Policy for 7-Day Guarantee Items, a refund will be applied to your PayPal account or a business check will be written depending on the originating payment method. After the credit has been applied to your PayPal account, please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing. 

Note: For a refund to occur you must adhere to these policies and procedures. No item will be accepted for a return if the item has been altered, tampered with, disassembled, or mishandled by the buyer. If you believe that the item was damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. If we receive an item that has been altered, tampered with, disassembled, or mishandled by the buyer we will inform the customer that we will not accept the return.
