FEEDBACK DSR'S (Stars) Do you really understand them and how they affect sellers.
You as a seller can leave 1,2,3,4 or 5 stars. Ebay then averages the stars out for all to see.
What ebay dosn't tell you buyers is that as a seller we need to keep a rating of 4.6 stars or more or ebay restricts that seller.
What that means is you need to leave 5 stars if you don't we as sellers will be restricted by ebay. You can not leave a 4.6 you can only leave whole numbers, 1,2,3,4 or 5
If you are thinking of leaving a seller anything but a 5 star, contact them talk to them, I am sure that the seller would be glad to talk to you and work with you.
