Hi...thanks for taking the time to stop by and check out this page. Hopefully the information provided here will answer any questions you may have, so that you can bid and buy with confidence and have fun along the way.

As professional photographers by trade and training, we strive for maximum accuracy in our listings, with numerous images that can be clicked and enlarged. We are always happy to provide additional pictures as needed, upon request....just ask! We make every attempt to keep bidders happy.

Shipping: We are fanatical about the safe transit of your merchandise and always safely and securely pad and pack your item for the trip. There are never any handling or mysterious fees or charges for shipping materials. Where appropriate, we offer various shipping options, whether it's FedEx Ground (no P.O. boxes!) or the assorted international methods.

We will always combine multiple wins to reduce shipping cost. An *estimated* shipping calculator is on each page listing (nothing is pre-packed). We absolutely do not believe in "flat fee" ship rates....it is wholly unfair to those bidders that are geographically closer to us, and that isn't right. Shipping is charged "at cost" and is not used as a profit center.

All US/domestic USPS shipments require a delivery confirmation number. Insurance is always available and is optional/additional at the bidders request and discretion.

Payment: PayPal only.

Feedback: We encourage bidders to contact us with a problem *before* they leave neutral or negative feedback.

Problems: We are always willing to work with bidders if there is a legitimate issue that needs resolving. We do not entertain foolishness such as buyer's remorse or other regrets. Our descriptions are as accurate as possible...and we will only offer refunds when there is a gross error in the description of an item. Please do not bid if you can not or will not pay.
