Freeflying is all about flying your body in all positions, and flying in all dimensions. This includes head down, sit flying, stand, back and belly flying, atmonauti and tracking – in fact any attitude, position, direction and speed you can imagine.

Basic requirements for freefly coaching include equipment suitable for freeflying - secure containers/flaps, BOC, audible altimeter, helmet, Cypres preferred. We will talk to you about your experience level, what you want to achieve, how many jumps you want to make and tailor a program to suit you. We recommend a minimum of five coach jumps.
