My introduction to SLCables began when my original Roksan XERXES was sent for an overhaul. Thanks to SLCables’ care and professional expertise my analog front end comprised of SME IV/GRADO sonata pickup has never sounded truer to the source. I’ve owned this setup for 20 years and have to wonder if any so-called reputable reviewer has ever heard a XERXES properly calibrated and tuned as intended by its original manufacturer.
Which leads me to the basis of this review.SLCables has continued to up the ante with their latest incarnation of premium dedicated tonearm cables. This latest offering has brought my analog rig to stratosphere levels of musical bliss. In today’s endless quest for information technology at real world prices, I’ve never heard such rightness to the music from any other source medium besides master tapes. If you wish to discover the hidden treasures in those grooves, trust SLCables. You’ll be glad you did. Have a great musical day!

Sandro, the Cardas inner wire and your beautifully made SLC Sdin Tonearm interconnect greatly improved the sound of my modified Rega P3.The sound is more extended on both the low and especially the high end. The instruments also seem to be much more individual and separated. I love the improvement.
I've finally finished my new plinth for the RB 300 arm you helped me get rewired. The TT is basically all parts from a P3 that have been mounted somewhat differently for isolation. The new plinth is also about 4 times heavier and is build very rigid.
I hope things are going good for you. I tell all my Audiophile friends about all the effort you put forth in helping me get my Tonearm rewired correctly. So again Thanks again for all your help

Replacing my stock Moerch DP-6 tonearm cable with the New SLC Sdin balanced XLR tonearm cable with gold Furutech XLR connectors was a revelation. The micro details previously hidden, blew me away.
Dealing with SLCables is a real pleasure. Very knowledgeable and honest seller, Sandro offered great advice on choices of cables for my individual taste & set up. After installing the phono cable, I found that the rigidity of the cable was interfering with the table suspension. Sandro quickly remedied to the situation and offered me at no extra charge, a modified custom version made for my Gyro SE. I also upgraded the Aqvox phono interconnects feeding my pre amp to complement the tonearm silver cable and being extremely happy since.
For you out there with a Rega tonearms, SLCables can modify your Rega, to easily use standard 5 pin tonearm cable. I am very delighted with the upgrade and I can now use the Rega RB 300 with my Aqvox phonostage. Your SLC Sdin balanced XLR tonearm cable has proven to be a winner.
Courteous, professional service and fast delivery, truly high quality cables at incredible prices. I can honestly recommend SLCables for your cabling upgrades.

" Having used a SLC tonearm cable for a few years with satisfaction, I decided to go back to SLC for a new cable when I recently upgraded my vinyl front end to a TW Acustic Raven One turntable and Aqvox phonostage, both hailed from Germany. The Aqvox phonostage is somewhat unique as its main claim to fame is its moving coil current gain circuit which performance is only optimized when used with a balance tonearm cable into a balance set up. I bought it for this feature and make do with the old cable with RCA to XLR plug which is not ideal as it could pick up and introduce some noise into the sound system.
I knew I needed a DIN to XLR cable and currently there's dearth of Din to XLR tonearm cable on the market and the few brand name cables that are available are priced very prohibitively. I have no way to trial them and wasn't willing to gamble on them.
So I asked Sandro to make one up with Cardas right angle DIN and Furutech gold pin XLR plug and he was only too willing to oblige. The construction and wiring is a bit different to the usual cable make but Sandro did it. When I finally got the new cable, I noticed that it has been improved cosmetically and the blue tone highlight color scheme is definitely more appealing to me. With the Cardas & Furutech plug, it certainly looks and feels great, adding to the pride of ownership.
But it's the sonic quality that is important and when I finally plugged the new cable in and rid of the Aqvox RCA to XLR plug, it brought a big smile to my face. The previously mentioned hum noise has disappeared and now micro details is more evident with music emerging from a blacker background. As a whole, the system has more airy top end and sounds more dynamic. The new cable has definitely allow the new front end and phonostage to strut its stuff. Great result.
SLC as a specialist cable maker makes great product at a real world price and is also receptive to the customer need and special demand. What more can one ask. Thanks again SLCables and I hope other Aqvox owners will become aware and enjoy this tonearm cable.

Replacing my 25 year old ZETA tonearm cable with SLCABLES superb SLC SILVER TONEARM CABLE.
If you have ever wondered what difference a new cable from the end of your tonearm to the phono input on your amp will make and will it be worth the time, trouble and money, well don't worry about it, it will be worth it ! - At least it was for me.

I'm a long standing LP addict , while still mainly using CD and other digital sources I invested in a good quality Turntable (Logic DM101 with electronic power supply), Arm (Zeta) and Cartridge (Dynavector DV17D2 II) over 25 years ago!
Vinyl addicts tweek and change everything, but apart form occasionally replacing the cartridge and a short trip to a LINN LP12 and back again the setup had changed little over the years. Then this year I saw some excellent prices for silver coated copper tonearm cable and I thought it was time to replace the thick and slightly tired Zeta original.
This is where I have ended up with a top class cable custom made by Sandro from SLCABLES. The cable is built with top quality BNC connectors for my Naim kit and a very special tonearm din plug - which I had to source from WPI as the original had been long deleted. Sandro got me to send the pin to him and made sure I got the correct pin order - a great call - as again it turned out to be non-standard. He even emailed me pictures and descriptions of how to check the wires with a MultiMeter!
So whats the difference - much more than I expected - more detail, atmosphere and clarity. There really does seem to me more focus and space around vocals and background instruments. I had to rebuild the turntable to replace the old cable and do a little tweaking of the arms VTA to get the balance the way I wanted - but I had not expected as big an upgrade without rewiring the tonearm itself - maybe that is something for the future!
