I live in the county of Worcestershire in England, UK and now work full time as a miniature artsan.
My artwork is completely devoted to miniatures, I have been selling on ebay since 2001, being one of the very first to sell miniatures on the auctions, firstly under my wife’s username and then changed to my current one, ‘smallartist’
Please check out my website to see news on fairs that I will be attending.
I paint mostly in watercolour but also from time to time use acrylics.
The majority of my paintings are approx 2” in size.
Watercolours are mounted behind acetate for paint protection, acrylic paintings are not as they are varnished instead.
I always use very high quality materials, mainly Winsor & Newton Artist quality paints and Arches Aquarelle paper.
All my paintings come framed in the frames seen on the auction and all are offered with No Reserve.
Unless stated otherwise my paintings come in a frame that has been designed and made by myself, I do not use cheap asian imports.

Suggestions for paintings
I am always happy to listen to ideas for my paintings and I am always painting pictures from suggestions from fellow ebayers,
send me a photo (email or normal post) and I will try to produce a painting and submit it to Ebay.
No photo then no problem, I have a huge collection of research material and can more than likely come up with something.
Ebay has made this large world of ours into quite a small place which has enabled me to sell my work all around the World and to make many new friends.
I do sometimes get offers to close an auction early, this I will never do, each and every one of my auctions run till the very end.
I will never do an exact copy of a painting that I have previously done, although I will sometimes do one in a different size, season or viewpoint.
Under no circumstances will a print ever be made from my paintings, (unless it is stated) buying one of my paintings will ensure you have an original one of a kind.
And each of my paintings come with a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’
