OUR FEEDBACK: Although our feedback rating does not reflect a large amount of business, we are rapidly growing and posting more and more items up for sale online. It is our vision to expand our eBay business even more.
OUR LISTINGS: Many of the items we sell are used items. We acquire a large quantity of parts when we purchase parts cars, and we individually clean and test them prior to listing them for sale on eBay. The photographs we use are always of the genuine item, and maybe edited for clarity. The photos are not enhanced in any way to attempt to deceive customers or to hide defects. We strive to sell only functioning items, but when we sell damaged items they are well described as such.
WORLDWIDE BUSINESS: We do accommodate worldwide customers with International shipping. However, many of the items we sell are too large for economical shipping and packaging. If you are an international customer with a shipping address outside of the USA, BEFORE BIDDING, please email us for information on whether or not we are willing to ship certain items outside of the USA. Just ask! We're willing to work with anyone, but please understand that we need to communicate before you bid. We do not offer international tracking information except for Express Mail International. USPS now offers delivery information for Priority Mail International to major destinations. International shipping arrangements may require an additional handling fee.
FEEDBACK POLICY: We rarely leave negative feedback, but we have done so for customers that refuse to pay for their items within a reasonable time frame. We do not withhold feedback; we post feedback as soon as your payment is processed, without delay. Your feedback left for us is not a factor in what kind of feedback we leave for you. If you pay, you receive positive feedback. If you do not pay, you risk negative feedback. If you arrange to cancel the sale, we post neutral feedback with the simple message that the transaction was canceled.
SHIPPING: We ship items out daily, our shipping deadline is 1:00 p.m. P.S.T. M-F. If your payment is received after the deadline, your item is automatically deferred to the next shipping day. We offer tracking services on all of our shipments, upon request. We ship via USPS and UPS. We also use freight companies for larger items. We are not liable for the delay or loss of your item in shipping.
RETURN POLICY: 30 days on NEW items, 20% restock fee and return shipping not reimbursed. No returns on electrical items. Returns accepted on installed, NEW, non-electrical items ONLY if determined to be manufacturer defect. We do not offer refunds on used parts. We take great care to be 100% accurate in all listings so that there is never the possibility that your item is misrepresented. If you receive the wrong item, which could happen, we will reship your item at no extra charge. If your item is damaged in shipping, we do not accept liability. We offer shipping insurance on every auction, and we suggest that you purchase the coverage on expensive or fragile items. We are happy to assist you with claim filing with the shipping agency.
SERVICE: We offer full automobile service at our shop here in Tacoma, Washington. For many of our special conversions, we assist customers all over North America to get their cars to our shop so that we can do the conversions and services we offer. Many customers bring their vehicles to us, and fly back here when they are ready, and drive them home. Check out our website for more information on the special services and conversions we offer.
