| We are Ford enthusiasts. We repair, restore, and modify lots of vintage 60's fords. Heavy interest in; Mustangs, Falcons, Rancheros, Comets, Fairlanes, Galaxies, Montegos, and Straight axle Gassers. I have lots of parts off old projects. Some I am willing to sell to help others build there cars. I feel if you do part out a vintage car it needs to save as many others as possible as there are fewer and fewer on the road every day. I have been on eBay now for a while and have met some really fun people to deal with. Also as I am sure you have as well some really rotten eggs. It seems for every 100 cool people you get one or two bad ones. Just averages I guess. Some people seem to think for $10 a 40 year old part should be as new. We price things according to condition and how hard the part is to even find any more. FEEDBACK thoughts: I started off thinking you can have 100% feedback. I have changed my mind. When selling old parts I just no longer think that it is possible. Maybe it could be if I gave in to people's pressure and desires to redo the deal after it is done. sorry I do not feel that is a good way to do things.When the sale is done the sale is final.I try very hard to call the item correctly At it first hurt my feelings when someone claims things about me. Now it does not so much as I know I do my sales right. I have lots of repeat buyers so I feel I might be doing something right.I leave feedback for those who take the time to leave feedback for me. We have some policies to make our life in the shop a little more simple and easy for all. 1 All items sold here are from left over parts from cars we have either built for our own or customers. We try very hard to be a very green company. We recycle everything that comes into the shop that is possible. Heck that is why we are on eBay is to get good used parts off a car that has no more life and onto a car that just needs one part or so to save it. All oil and fluids are recycled. What ever metal parts that can not be saved goes to the metal recyclers to be made into something new again. Most of the cardboard we use to ship parts out is reused boxes that we obtain from local stores to reuse. 2 No returns at all. All items are sold as is with no warranty. We try very hard to tell you the flaws in the part but lets be real most of the parts I sell are used and 40 years old or more. 3 Be polite. I do not need or want to deal with rude people if I can help it at all. Life is just to short and we are having fun, no bad ju-ju here please. 4 Yes there are shipping and handling charges. Sorry I am not going to take the time to wrap everything up for free.All items will be sent with either USPS delivery conformation, Ups ground with tracking or FedEx ground with tracking 5 I take items to the shippers once a week. Normally it is on Monday once in a while Tuesday. Yes I am a slower shipper then some. If this does not work for you DO NOT BID!!! Yes we ship world wide. 6 On items that we have a reserve on I do not give out reserve price.Please do not ask. Bid what you feel is fair. I can always change my mind and take the highest offer. 7 If I have a part on eBay I am letting the sale run till it end unless I receive a buy it now offer that works for us. If an offer works I will put a buy it now button on the sale page. We feel these are pretty easy to understand thoughts hope you feel the same. |
