Welcome to our home page.
I hope it explains our basic business policies so there aren't any
misunderstandings as to what we're doing here. First, we're in the
business of selling items to the eBay community. We try to describe all
items accurately & fairly. If an item is new & unused, we'll list
it as new. It might not be packaged in the box that came from the
factory, but it will be new. From there, we'll grade items as like
new, excellent, good, fair, poor, and junk. Please
read all of the descriptions carefully and ask us questions
Return Policy
If you're not happy with the
item, contact us first before returning it. State the reason why you don't
want it, and we can authorize a return of the item. If approved, we
will return your bid price. We will not refund any postage. Remember
- most items sold at public auctions are sold AS-IS-WHERE-IS! There has to
be a good reason for the return of an item. Buyer's remorse is not a good
reason. If you don't like it just because you can't understand why
you bid, that's not a good reason. Do the honorable thing and resell it
yourself. Who knows? You might make a profit! Always read
item descriptions, terms, and shipping information before bidding on any
sale!
Feedback Policy
All positive feedback is welcome,
and we want to know if you're happy. Our rule is this: If you're
happy, give us positive feedback first, and we will do the same. If you're
not happy, DON'T give us negative feedback in haste. Email us and let us
try to correct the problem. We'll do everything reasonably possible to
make you happy.
Shipping Policy
We will try to get your item sent
to you as quickly as possible. What this means is if you get your payment
to us quick, we'll send it quick. All items offered for sale will be in-stock.
If we ain't got it, we won't sell it! We reserve the right to
choose the method of shipping.
