What I found when I shopped, that the thing most disturbing was when an item would take longer than expected to arrive at my doorstep. I decided I would never do that. I hate waiting and I am sure you do too. My goal is to get 100% Positive Feedback and give it as well.
I HAVE FOUND IT VERY IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE GOOD AND DETAILED PICTURES FOR ALL EBAY MEMBERS...IT MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO SEE JUST WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. AS YOU WILL SEE..ALL MY ITEMS HAVE MANY PICTURES AND I AM WORKING EVERY DAY ON GETTING MY PICTURE TAKING EVEN BETTER FOR YOU.

I had worked in retail for over 25 years and I learned a lot in that time. I have learned to show respect for the customer, treat them right, earn your respect and follow up. I am able to provide high quality goods and sell them to you at at more than 50% savings if you bought them at a retail store, so when I save I pass those savings on down to you whenever possible. Special note to buyers of clothing, all items are gently used if not specified as new with our new without tags.
All clothes and shoes that are gently used are cleaned, inspected for flaws, all zippers and buttons are checked to be sure they are in good working order for you or we will not list them. We choose some items to list that have flaws for fashion demands or just because maybe you can do something with it, meaning we see the value in it just like you do. We take extra effort in making notes of all flaws, tears and will show pictures of the flaw as needed and whenever possible as we do with all items we sell. Understand that no item will be shipped until it is inspected to be sure we are not misrepresenting.

Please understand we have all intentions of holding a good code of ethics to keep our customers happy and we expect the same. If you have a problem with an item you bought and it is not a flaw that was listed please contact us and let us know so we can work with you on resolving this problem. Please do not give bad feedback, contact us so we can resolve any problems you may have.
I use delivery confirmation on all the items I sell. Delivery Confirmation costs 60 cents and is well worth it to track the item so it will not get lost. I would never turn anyone down if they were unsatisfied with the item they purchased. I am here to earn your business not only now, but for in the future. Keep in mind my auctions are always changing, so it is very worth your while to check every now and then to see what I am selling. Payment is due at the end of the auction, if you run into a problem at the end of the auction in your payment process, contact me. Your item (s) will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment, either on the day of or the day after payment and I will notify you through Ebay (Ebay Confirmation letter) when shipped with the delivery confirmation number.
