What is your Shipping Policy?

Most items ship directly from the wholesaler or manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and deliver within 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Delivery carriers may vary. Tracking information will be provided to the buyer via email. In the rare event of a back-ordered or discontinued item, a complete refund will promptly be sent to the buyer. This item is not available for shipment to AFO/PFO, PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally.

What is your Return Policy?

At Smart Closet Direct, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund (less original outbound shipping). Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories and instructions. Please contact us for return instructions.

Can you ship Internationally or accept International payments?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to International locations at this time.  We do not accept any International payment methods (including international PayPal accounts).
