Starting in 2003, Fast Penguins has grown to serve the creative side in all of us. We carry an extensive line of art, drafting & craft tools and supplies. We carry only what we would use ourselves and are passionate about the products we sell. We enjoy using all that we offer and will answer any questions about our products to the best of our ability.
Most of our products are from authorized distributors or directly from the manufacturer. We usually add new products weekly. All products that have a limited shelf life such as clay, ink, glue, etc. are always fresh stock.
Our customers love our quick shipping and professional packaging. We ship out as quickly as possible (no later than 24 hours from payment) and in safe secure packaging. We keep our shipping costs low by charging only for the actual postage and material costs. We don't add any handling costs and will combine orders to help you save on shipping costs (let us know when you have finished ordering and we will combine all the orders into one invoice for you with combined shipping costs).
The best part about us is our unconditional "no questions asked" guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the order for a full refund within 30 days. We stand behind what we sell and will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction. If we can't do that then we don't deserve your business.
Our shipping method is based on the best value we can deliver. When determining what's best, we weigh the cost, speed of delivery, and dependability.
All combined orders over $75 will receive free domestic (U.S.) shipping. International orders will receive a discount equal to the calculated domestic (U.S.) rate. We can calculate that discount if you contact us and let us know what items to combine.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment - usually the same day if payment is received early enough to process the order (Exceptions include days the shipping service is closed (Sundays and Holidays)).
We will combine shipping on multiple purchases to help in reducing shipping costs. Email us with your desired multiple purchases and we will calculate your reduced shipping costs ahead of time if you'd like.
We will ship worldwide. International rates can be found at the bottom of each listing in the "Shipping and handling section". Find your country or region in the drop-down box for your rate.
Tracking is not available through the postal service for First Class International Mail though we can provide a shipment confirmation number which can be entered at the USPS web site (it shows the date the package was accepted by the postal service). Tracking is only available officially through Express Mail International (Priority Mail International provides some tracking but is very limited).
Please keep in mind that you may incur taxes and fees when receiving goods from another country. These costs vary between countries and it's your responsibility to pay these costs before any shipments are released to you by customs. There is usually a maximum amount you are allowed to receive per shipment before customs attaches taxes and fees, but it varies between different countries. Contact us if you have any questions about costs through customs.
Although we will guarantee we will ship out your order within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays), we have no control over delays by the postal service and customs. Customs is where most delays occur and is mostly caused when they have to process more shipments than normal or due to increased security concerns. Larger items will invite more scrutiny due to security concerns than lighter items.
Most international orders will arrive within one to two weeks. If it is delayed due to customs, it can take 30 to 45 days to arrive. Shipments over 30 days are rare, but can happen. If it does, we will communicate with you during the delay.
