We specialize in personal computer hardware and software, audio, video and book collections etc. All items listed will have been verified by our team as genuine and their condition rated as new, used or re-furbished.
Payment:
Via PayPal and PayPal accepted Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and EuroCheque) in 45 Countries.
We will also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks for some items. Items are not shipped until payments have been received, processed and credited. Cash payments are not accepted.
Terms
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days.
After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options:
- Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
- Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now or wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, eBay will send you an e-mail to your eBay-registered e-mail address within 1 hours of auction close. The message will contain a link to a secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. If you have not received this email within 24 hours of auction close, please contact us at sales@networkconceptions.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid.
Shipping and Handling
Buyer pays for Shipping and Handling: Shipping and Handling costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.
Shipping Location and Address: We offer shipping Worldwide via USPS and UPS. The shipping service offered with each item listing is selected by the buyer and added to their invoice. We reserve the right to select the shipping service to international destinations but will always try to meet a buyers preference.
- International shipping is restricted on certain items with export controls e.g. security software.
- We will ship only to your verified eBay address and will not ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO
- Certain items may be listed as available for local pickup by prior arrangement.
- Shipping insurance is optional for items less than $50 in value and required for items above $50 in value
- We process your order for shipping within 1 business day after payment is received. You will be informed within this time if there are any problems otherwise you will receive email notification via the shipping service of the transit status of the order.
- Combined shipment is only available for up to 10 items. Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped by one of our third party partners. Please see individual item listings for specific shipping cost and information.
We do not charge Sales Tax
We will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, we will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.

Customer Service
If after receiving the item you decide that it is unsatisfactory and wish to return it, contact us immediately by email to arrange the return of the item stating the reasons for the return. We will either replace the item for you with an equivalent item or offer to refund your purchase cost.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 2 business days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% re-processing fee.
- All defective items will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Please send an email to sales@networkconceptions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
