ALL BIDDERS need to reply to my invoices or email within 1 day of "Buy It Now" or 2 days of end of auction (regular bidding). Only exceptions are the breakdown of technology or other SNAFU beyond your control. If you do not contact me I will relist and file appropriate reports to refund my fees.
Feedback Policy
I leave honest feedback, usually after you have left me feedback. If you don't want to leave any, you won't get any...unless you are a deadbeat bidder or a non responsive seller, then you may get a neg from me, goes back to the communication issue.
I am NOT a feedback freak, I don't live or die for feedback.
I beleive feedback should not be left until the transaction is totally complete. I won't bug you for feedback, if you want feedback just leave feedback and I will leave you some. If I don't, just a gentle reminder will suffice, I may have overlooked it somehow.
I'm not hard to along with, just 'talk' to me. I mean what I say, I say what I mean and maybe throw some humor in for free. Really, I am easy to get along with.
Shipping Insurance and Transfer of Title
Items you buy will transfer onwership to you when I Ship Item. This is how I am able to give you the option of insuring it. It belongs to you when it leaves my hands, you determine whether it is worth insuring and if you are willing to spend a little extra for that insurance. Your item, your money, your decision.
USPS has only lost 1 item so far, was insured, took 3 months to collect for the buyer, but at least he got the money. BTW, the PO does not refund the shipping if it's insured either.
I usually get delivery confirmation for proof of mailing and to see when you got your item, yeah, I still hover over my auctions. I don't sell hundreds of things, so, I can watch over them.
Satisfaction Policy
Some of my items have a Satisfaction Policy, which is, If the item is DOA or you think the description is way off (most used descriptions are quite subjective) then I will consider the return of the item in question and return your bid price, (not shipping), a 7% "restocking" fee may apply if return is for 'minor' description difference of opinions (like 'it has 5 more pieces of dust than I thought'), we'll talk. Honest problems will be dealt with honestly. Most of my customers claim my items are as described or better than described. I prefer you to expect a little less and get a little more than the other way around. It makes everyone happier.

My descriptions are accurate to the best of my knowledge, and 'scale' the following way:
NEW
Near New/Mint
Xlnt
Very Good
Good
OK/Fair
So So
Poor
unknown/untested/as is, get it out here, I don't want to mess with it...
Unless otherwise stated, Items should be functional, some I can test, others I don't/can't fully test but have no reason to think they do not work.
PayPal Policy-Why EBAY has CENSORED my Ability to tell you that I take Paypal and Why I Can't take Credit Cards
I have a personal account. It cannot accept credit card payments. I refuse to 'upgrade' because PayPal will then start taking a percentage of ALL my sales, credit card funded or not. I already pay enough fees to eBay, who owns PayPal. There are also some scams going on using credit cards through PayPal, defrauding the sellers. I have other issues with PayPal and ebay's lack of real concern for it's users, but that is another story.
Ebay has removed my ads and threatened me because I stated that I cannot take credit cards thru paypal in my ads. This is because they want the fees generated by 'upgraded' accounts, so they restrict us peons with personal account from stating our paypal policy in the ad. $ieg Heil eBay.
IGNORE THE CREDIT CARD LOGOs THAT eBAY, not me, puts there. They know I have an account that cannot take credit cards, there is no option to remove those logos, it is their way of trying to get me (and others) to upgrade the free account to the fee account. With eBay, it's all about the fee$.
Special Handling FEE for Certain Locations
France, Russia, China, Canada, Mexico, Hollywood and other Anti-American Locations (by policy or population)incur a Special Handling FEE of $100. This fee will be donated to Operation Homefront which benefits military families whose small salary is not enough to cover unexpected monetary needs, especially when the soldier is away defending us. I understand not all of you are socialist and anti-american, so I might waive the fee if you can honestly tell me you are personally not supportive of the anti-american crowd.
A note on my one neg. This was left by a mindless 'power seller'that I bought an item from. This is why I don't like 'power sellers' as a general rule. They have too many things, don't respond to email, don't care about about feedback as it will be buried in a day or two, and generally can't be bothered with customer service. He was paid with paypal and never responded to my emails or shipped the item. Beware of Power Sellers with zillion rating, read their feedback carefully!
