I have recently had some trouble with some trademark issues. Ebay even suspended me for 7 days  :(     Evidently a seller can not offer cosmetic items to sale to Germany that are not in their original box. And since I ship internationally, they busted me. Who knew that as an American, that I should know and follow all the international laws. Now, I KNOW!!! Due to this, I can not ship at all to Germany. No exceptions. Since some of my products are testers or gift with purchase items, they do not come in a box. The Germans may become offended.  All other international buyers are welcome to shop here.
