Does SneekaPeek Lingerie have a catalog?
No, not at this time. Our product is always changing so we feel that a printed catalog will be outdated by the time it is printed. The internet is the best way to keep the offering accurate and current.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 1 business day after payment has been received. You will receive an electronic receipt with the shipping information.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to locations in Illinois at the state rate of 8.75%
How are shipping charges calculated?
We charge $5.00 for shipping anywhere within the 48 continential US no matter the size of the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please email us with your preferred carrier for a shipping quote. If you do not have a preferred carrier, we can give you a list to choose from and you can specify which carrier to use.
Does it say SneekaPeek Lingerie on your packaging?
We understand and respect your privacy, so we do not include the word lingerie anywhere on the packaging. Our name will be listed as SPL.
Do you sell or share my personal information?
SneekaPeek Lingerie does not sell, share or trade personal information to any companies or individuals.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns three days after the receipt of the shipment. The tags must still be on the item. We will exchange the item for a different size if you wish. We will refund your purchase, minus shipping and handling charges if that is what you prefer. Please send an email to returns@sneekapeeklingerie.com before you the item.
