Our Auction Policy
*Payment for the Auction*The winner should pay for it within 3 (paypal) days of the auction. If you don't pay, we will re-list the item after 7 days and file non-paying bidder report to ebay. Unless you have contacted me and said you will be paying with a money order or cash.
I accept bids from bidder without any feedback as we all had to have our first ebay purchase. Negative feedback users are not allowed to bid and will have their bids cancelled.
We prefer to only take paypal as payment, But if it is really impossible for you to use paypal and seriously want the game, please follow the instructions in the auction or email you will receive, and also email me so I know payment is on it way..*Shipping and Feedback*
Once the payment is received, we send confirmation to your paypal email address and normally ship the package within 48 hours except weekends and holidays.
The package is normally shipped by following methods: Game Cartridges, Expansion Paks, and memory cards, etc.(by USPS First Class Mail) Games with Box, controllers(by USPS Priority Mail) Guide Books(USPS First Class Mail)Game Systems(USPS Priority Mail)
We are absolutely not responsible for the uninsured package in case that the packages damaged or lost. If you want insurance for your package, you should ask and pay for it ($1.30 up to $99, $3 up to $200) before the shipping. If you pay for insurance, USPS first class, Priority mail will be insured up to $99 with independent insurer (this insurance itself costs us little less than $1.40 This makes us file claim quickly when something happens, US Postal service insurance claims take up to 45 days just to get started which we think is way too long.
Once you receive the package safely, please leave a positive feedback for us. Our auction management program will do the same for you automatically (normally first day of a new month). We will leave negative feedbacks for non paying bidders. We ACCEPT LOCAL PICK-UP within reason.
*Combined S/H Discount*
We will combine S/H for multiple items only when all the auctions ends within 24 hours time span and paid before any item shipped. Combined S/H discount is $2.00 for each extra items (discount will be applied to the cheapest s/h first if s/h are different for each items) For example, if the S/H charge of each items are $5, $2, $2, The total shipping will be $9 and any more games will be free. Games only will be $4.50 + $2 +$2. The total will be $8.50 and any more games will be free.
(Exception: This doesn't apply to Hawaii and Alaska. In case you buy two or more game systems, we can not give discount because each system will be shipped in different boxes, but if you buy a game system and games, you can still get combined shipping discount)
*Bid cancellation*
Sometimes bidders bid on multiple items of same title hoping to win one of them at lower price but no intention to buy all. This action ultimately prevents other potential bidder from using buy it now options.(almost half of out auction end with buy it now option) This is clearly against ebay rule as bidding intervention. In this case we will cancel all the bids which the bidder has placed and put the bidder in our bid block list.
*Reporting Problems and Return*
Since we are mostly selling used systems and games, all sale is final. We test systems and games before shipping. Specially, a controller included in Nintendo system is sold as is. It is USED a loose joystick is normal for a used controller. The controller sold separately in our auctions have better, tighter joystick. So we do not guarantee how tight the joysticks are when they come with a system. They will not be garbage though as the ones I receive that are junk get tossed in the garbage. Please read the description in the auction as it will say the joysticks condition. For game assisting tools such as Game Sharks, we only guarantee not DOA (power on). Since it is third party product, you should contact that company for any questions about operation and support issue. Many game problems can be solved easily by simple cleaning of the contact of game. So clean first before contacting us.
Even though there are no warranty for the goods, if you find a problem, please let us know within 48 hours upon the receipt of the package. We will do our best to correct the problem. After that period we can give any assistance for the auction what so ever. So if you have problem please contact us immediately.
We don't take the return of any working games and systems, when we receive working games and systems returned, there will be $10 restocking fee and ebay fee, paypal fee, and s/h will be taken from your refund.
In any case, S/H is absolutely not refundable.
*Misc. Issues*
In our experience, most auctions are completed without any problem. Most problems are caused by simple misunderstandings. So please read the description and ask question before you bid, and remember the bidding is binding legal contract. The photo is not an actual photo of the item unless otherwise stated in the auction. It is same or similar item photo only for giving idea of goods. Since the game is used, the appearance will be very, we will state if the front label is largely torn or missing, but fade-away color is normal for used game, we will not describe how clean the label is. So again, please read description regarding the identity and condition of the product of the auction.
I try to describe the item as accurately as possible, but we can not be responsible for any TYPO.
