I have been selling on Ebay for over 5 1/2 years now ~

(BEEN Very SICK for 4 months, BACK listing AGAIN)

A terrific hobby for me !  Buy a little on ebay, sell a little on ebay...and save time and tons of $$ in gas.   Cleaning out drawers, liquidating mother's Estate, and having a ball.  I've met some great people, made nice friends and bumped into few crabby one's who are lookin' for something for nothing ~ seams a few always wants to argue shipping costs....ho hum ! 

AS my feedback reflects, I don't dilly dally around about shipping !! 

 I ship as fast a YOU pay    (SORRY I do NOT combine auctions) When I receive your Paypal payment notification,  I leave YOUR  'prompt PAYPAL payment '  feedback,  I immediately buy on-line postage & your package is shipped USPS right away when my postman comes.    I want you to receive your items promptly.

PayPal, ONLY Shipping  USPS Priority or Parcel Post mail with delivery conformation. Postal Insurance is sellers option: uninsured damage in shipment is buyers risk....In most cases, the listing gallery pix will be on the box to alert USPS that contents is fragile.  NO RETURNS: All sales are FINAL.  NO RETURNS - unless incorrectly listed and then Buyer is always responsible for all return shipping costs !  Rather by PAYPAL CLAIM or AGREEMENT: Customers are always responsible for any return shipping cost. PERIOD MY RETURN POLICY - no returns... I AM ONLY HUMAN...but if you feel I have not described item to your specifications, I will ask you to email me a picture of the discrepancy - IF I can 'see' the issue, and feel you are correct, I will refund your bid on the spot.  Savings you the return shipping costs.

NOTE, my home is NOT smoke or pet-free.  

Many times I use recycled packing materials.  Please do not bid if that poses you a problem.   Items from Mother's Estate have been packed & stored away for many years, so some, not all items, may have aquired some smell ~ to be expected with VINTAGE items.   I do try to clean up when listing, but with my LOW opening bids, winner might want to re-touch up.  A bargain is a bargain !

What is Significantly Not as Described (SNAD)?

An item is Significantly Not as Described if it is materially different than what the seller described in the item listing.

Here are some examples:

            You received a completely different item. Example: You purchased a book and received a DVD or an empty box.

• The condition of the item was misrepresented. Example: The listing said "new" and the item was used.
• The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
• The item is missing major parts or features which were not disclosed in the listing.
• You purchased three items from a seller but only received two.

An item is not Significantly Not as Described if it is materially similar to the seller’s item listing description.

• The defect in the item was correctly described by the seller.
• The item was properly described but you didn't want it after you received it.
• The item was properly described but did not meet your expectations.
• The item has minor scratches and was listed as used condition.

ATTENTION BIDDERS, BUYERS and WINNERS:   EBAY Rules about Feedback

You can’t abuse the Feedback system.

• This means you can’t threaten to leave a seller negative Feedback if that seller won’t do something that wasn’t promised in the original listing. Also, you can’t leave Feedback if you are only doing it to help increase a seller’s Feedback score. Make sure you follow all of our Feedback policies.

If you're having a problem with seller

• You must be honest and have good intentions when you participate (or initiate) any resolution process.

  Attempts to manipulate these processes are prohibited and can have serious consequences.

• You can’t interfere with another transaction.

• In other words, you can’t contact other potential buyers to “warn” them about a seller. If you are concerned about a seller’s behavior, you can report it to us and we will investigate

How accurate was the item description?	Review the item title and description to see if they match the item you received.
How satisfied were you with the seller's communication?	Recall if the seller addressed any questions or concerns that you had, and did so in a professional manner. Consider only business days when evaluating the timeliness of the seller’s communication (sellers may not check email on weekends and holidays).
How quickly did the seller ship the item?	Rate the seller on the time it took to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. Don’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays, or for the time it takes for your payment to clear.
How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?	Remember that sellers may charge for the cost of the actual packaging materials, along with a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with shipping.

Most of our collectibles were obtained at Garage Sales, Storage Auctions and Estate Sales/Auctions. They are used unless otherwise specified. Many are Vintage and some may actually be Antiques. My policy is to offer only high quality items for sale but I cannot guarantee perfection. You must expect an acceptable degree of evidence indicating age and/or use.
