| We are not fly-by-nights. We have been doing business since 1979 and are recognized within the collecting community as being reliable and honest. We do NOT knowingly sell reproductions, fakes, re-chipped points, or any altered artifact unless it is clearly marked as such. We pride ourselves on 100% honesty and are in good standing with the AACA, ARROWPACK, The GIRS, Central States Archeological Society, and the Ohio Archeological society. We have written a number of articles for some of these groups, as well as a number of on-line guides for eBay and our website as well. We featured in Who's Who number 10. |

| We operate our own website independent of eBay at www.sniderpoints.com. We have a "brick and mortar" store as well. We occasionally do artifact shows, but not frequently as they are becoming more and more cost prohibitive and still allow us to sell at a reasonable price. Our artifacts are unconditionally guaranteed. We allow a 14 day review and return policy on all our sales, which can be extended upon request should one choose to send our items to an authenticator.
Return policy begins from date of purchase. Why? We have had too many buyers drag their feet about timely payment. Most of it is from overseas buyers, but enough are in country as well to force us to take a hard stand on this. We know the economy is tough, but it is just as hard on us as it is the buyer and we rely on cash flow to operate as well. Our prices are rock bottom and much lower than nearly anyone else selling relics, and our profit margins are small. For us this is a hobby and not a get rich business used to help keep the ranch in our family and currently to raise funds to adopt our boys.
We have had people take 14 days to pay us and then only after a non-payment dispute is filed at which time they have taken as much as another 7 days to finally pay. This is 21 days from date of purchase and then they expect another 14 days to try and sell what they bought. A very small few then have asked to return the item (s) as much as five weeks after the sale when they can't make money on it -- see our guide the HUCKSTER TURN ABOUT --
We can not operate this way - no one can.
We can not control how long someone takes to pay, how long the post office takes to deliver, how long it takes the buyer t getting around to either picking up the item or opening it, and how long it takes them to make up their minds.
OUR POLICY IS FAIR AND IT PUTS THE BRAKES ON THIS KIND OF BUYER.
A couple of bad apples do ruin the barrel for everyone else.
