Our records are graded visually according to somewhat modified Goldmine standards: M- (sometimes listed as NM), EX (sometimes listed as NM), VG+, VG, G & Poor. Sometimes, I have used acronyms to describe cover damage (h2o=water damage, wofc=writing on front cover, etc.), if you have any questions, please email us. I always try to grade conservatively, under a 100 watt bulb in daylight. I know what a frustration it is to get a mis-graded record online. We can also playgrade any record you're interested in, so you can insure it sounds like it looks. Our feedback shows we grade properly and can work out any problems.

We offer a guarantee on our records if the LP was not graded properly. We will issue a store credit upon its return, once our mistake has been verified. **Please note ** we do not accept returns on records rated VG and below, although we rarely sell items with those ratings. Also, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that get damaged during shipping. Although we pack very well, records have arrived broken before...so PLEASE EMAIL US TO GET OUR OPTIONAL INSURANCE IF THIS CONCERNS YOU!

Also please note that we have recently moved to the country and are 2.5 hours from the closest USPS, so we can only ship 3 times a month and bad winter weather can delay us.
