Q:
What is your return policy?
A: We have a 14 day from
the time of receipt, return policy on all of our items unless otherwise
stated. If you want to return an item just send us a message for
your RMA number. Please let us know if you have ANY problems before
leaving bad feedback.

How long do you take to answer questions via email?
A: Most questions are
answered within a few hours of you sending your question in! We
try to answer all emails within 24 business hours. We WILL reply
to ALL messages that need a reply!
Q:
How much is the Shipping Charge?
A: You can see the shipping/handling
charges by clicking the calculate link at either the top or bottom
of the listing. Just enter your zip code and the quantity you want into the calculator and it will tell you the shipping and handling cost for that item.
Q:
How much is the Handling Charge?
A: We NEVER overcharge you for shipping. Our handling cost for a single item are just $1 - $2, no matter how big the item and $2.50 for combined orders. Besides the actual cost of the postage or carrier fees (see below for more info) there are Additional Expenses involved with shipping your package. One must consider the cost of the boxes (or bubble mailers which cost just as much), padding/filler, labels, tape as well as the labor involved with packing your items. ALL of these expenses must be figured in when considering shipping costs. Our goal is to provide you with "Five-Star" service and a good value. We DO NOT Unfairly inflate our shipping charges. We do not make money on our handling, we DO have to pay the people to pack the orders.
Q:
How much does shipping cost now days?
A: Shipping now days has gotten expensive. The Post Office and UPS raise their rates every year and packing costs also go up on a continuing basis. An example is this: To ship the lightest and smallest thing out there, let’s say a 1oz card, costs $1.31 at the time of this writing. See for yourself by Clicking here. On the shipping Calculator enter 1oz and select "Package (or thick envelope)" and enter your next door neighbors zip code. It costs $1.13. Then you add in $0.18 cents for Delivery conformation (which we use on ALL packages) and you have $1.31 for the smallest and lightest package possible, sent to your next door neighbor. The cost only goes up from there and seeing as almost nothing is just 1oz most things cost much more to ship. So rest assured that the shipping we charge you is NOT inflated!
So, we ask that you Please consider ALL of the above factors when grading us in the "Shipping Charges" section of eBay's "Detailed Seller Ratings".
Q: Do
you combine shipping?
A: YES! We will combine
shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated. To get your discount,
just pay for all of your purchases at the SAME time and eBay will
tell you your shipping cost. Sometimes eBay's shipping charge is
not correct, if you suspect that it is not right just request the
correct shipping charges from us by using the "Request total from seller link in the listing".
Q: How do you calculate combined shipping charges?
A: We calculate combined shipping charges by the total weight of all the items purchased. We then charge you the Actual shipping cost + a $2.50 handling fee for combined orders, No Matter how big the order is! It is never more than a $2.50 handling charge! So stock up!
Q:
When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Most domestic orders
that are received before Noon CST are shipped out that day. Orders
received after that will go out the next business day. International
orders may take up to 72 hours to ship. The shipping time to you
is not under our control and will be determined by the shipping
service that you chose. So if you want your item fast, pick the shipping service accordingly.
Q:
The shipping carrier didn't deliver my package on time?
A: We cannot guaranty
any delivery time as neither USPS or UPS guaranty us a delivery
time except on express shipments. We work to get the packages out
as fast as possible (usually within 24 hours) but once we give it to the carrier it is up
to them as to how long it will take to arrive.
Q:
How will I know when my package has been shipped?
A: You will get an email
when the order has shipped. Please check your spam filter if you
have not received this email after a day or 2. If you still cant
find it just send us an email and we will send you the information.
Q:
How do I track my package once it has been shipped?
A: In the shipping confirmation
email there will be a tracking number for your order. Just go to
either www.USPS.com for the Postal
Service or www.UPS.com for UPS
and enter the tracking number. Please Note: The Postal service does
not have package tracking, just delivery confirmation.
Q:
Do you ship internationally?
A: YES! You can see our
international shipping charges on most listings by clicking the
Calculate link under shipping at both the Top and bottom of the
listing. For some items eBay wont allow us to display shipping
international shipping charges. For these items just send us a message
with your country for a quote.
Q:
When do you list your items?
A: We list on a weekly basis, we start most of our listings on saturday evenings and they end the next Saturday evening. We also will list some items on Sunday evenings and monday around noon from time to time but most items are listed on saturday evenings.
Q:
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: You do not have to
pay sales tax unless you live in Texas. The current sales tax rate
in Texas is 8.25%
Q:
Can I come to the warehouse to pickup my order?
A: No, at the present
time we do not do walk-in retail sales. The warehouses are only
set up to do packing of orders for shipment.
Q:
Do you accept trades?
A: No, we only sell paintball
gear, we DO NOT trade.
Q:
I'm looking to buy a new gun from your site, what do you think my
old gun is worth?
A: We don't buy/sell/trade
or have anything to do with used guns. We have no idea what a used
gun is worth, try checking on eBay.com or another paintball classified
site for approximate values on used equipment.
Q:
Is there more than one way to pay?
A: Yes, we accept Paypal,
Major Credit cards and USPS money orders (can be purchased at any post
office) at this time.
Q:
Do you require a confirmed address with paypal payments?
A: On most items, No. Though on expensive orders we will require it

What happens if i am not able to pay within 10 days?
A: Please contact us and let us know that either payment has been delayed and when it will be made or if you will not be able to pay let us know so that we can work with you to cancel the sale. If you contact us we will work with you. Otherwise after 10 days our system will file an unpaid item reminder with ebay.
Q:
I would like to return an item, how do i go about this?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s) unless stated otherwise. Prior to any refund or replacement, you must contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number. Please send us a message by using the "ask seller a question" link on the listing page. We will then get back to you with the RMA number and instructions.

What if I have a problem with a product and I don't know who the
manufacture is?
A: You can email us
and we will get that information to you. Please
use the "Ask seller a question" link in the listing to contact us.

What do I do if my new paintball product does not shoot, leaks or
simply does not work?
A: We have a 14 day return
policy, you are free to return it. We do not do any repair work
ourselves, you will need to contact the manufacture for any repair
work that need to be done. Most items will have a factory warranty.
Simply call the manufacture and they are usually more than happy
to help you out.
Q:
Do you ever Drop Ship items (take your order but not actually have
the item in stock and have the manufacture ship it to you)?
A: NO! We have a VERY
strict policy about drop shipping. We DO NOT list any items as a
drop shipping item. If we have it listed then we have it in stock.
We will not list anything until we have it in our warehouse and
entered into inventory. Now there are VERY rare cases where an inventory
mistake is made, we will work with you to get the item you want
to you as fast as possible or give you a FULL refund.
