Overview

Software Candy, LLC was established in 2008, in the Green Mountain State of Vermont, with the goal of developing and delivering high quality software solutions - for a very low price.

Here, at Software Candy™, we believe that quality software need not cost hundreds of dollars. Instead of paying tens or hundreds of dollars for using 1% of the features included in a bloated suite, you can now buy only the features that you need - for the price of candy.

Mission

Our mission is to provide the easiest, friendliest, safest, greenest and least expensive single-function software solutions for Windows® and beyond.

Prodcuts

Software Candy's products are characterized by each doing only one thing - and doing it well.  We specialize in Windows® fixes, tweaks, fixes, wizards, apps, tools and utilities - Software for the price of Candy.


Legal and Copyright Issues:

Software Candy, LLC owns all title and copyrights in and to its products. As such, it takes the protection of its intellectual property very seriously. Sofware Candy regularly monitors the various Internet channels and will take action against those who violate its intellectual property rights by trademark infringement and/or unauthorized offerings of its software.

Sellers

Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted software is prohibited under copyright laws and international copyright treaties.  Sofware Candy software contains an End User License Agreement (EULA) which specifically states that the Software or any modification or derivation thereof, either alone or in conjunction with any other products or programs, shall not be copied, distributed, sub-licensed, resold, or otherwise transferred for any consideration, or reproduced for any such purposes. Under law, the EULA is considered a contractual, legal document and its violation may result in legal action.  Illegal use and/or distribution of the Software will be prosecuted.

An individuals and/or a company offering Sofware Candy products for sale must be an authorized distributor.

Buyers

Software that has been obtained illegally (as described above) is known as "pirated software". Please be aware that:
  • Technical support is not available for pirated software.
  • Pirated software may be an incomplete or outdated.
  • Pirated software cannot be upgraded to later versions.
  • By installing pirated software in your computer, you significantly increase the risk of infecting your computer with a Virus.
How to spot obvious fakes or pirated Software Candy products:

If your copy triggers the "Unknown Publisher" security warning, please contact us immediately as this means that you may be a victim of software counterfeiting and it may have been infected with a virus.
