Shipping is via Priority Mail, unless stated otherwise in item listing. Tracking number is included. If you would like us to use another form of shipment, please send us an email and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Signature Confirmation is required when shipping items with a sale price in excess of $250 when PayPal is used as payment method.

Most Priority Mail purchases are shipped within 24 hours, and many are shipped the same day as payment. (Occasional exceptions to this timeframe due to vacation schedules will be highlighted on our Store Pages.)

Our preferred method is Express International, which is the fastest and safest way to ship, and includes both a tracking number and insurance. We will consider other shipping methods on items costing less than $100.

Customer Service/ Refunds

Our merchandise is guaranteed authentic or we will provide a full refund.

We accept returns on all items (with the exception of specially discounted "Cellar" Sale items), and a full cash refund of the purchase price will be given providing the following:

• Email notification of buyer's intent to return the item is sent to us within two days of receipt;
• Item is shipped with a tracking number and received within 7 days of notification;
• Item is returned in the condition in which it was received, with all tags attached and no signs of wear;
• All shipping, handling and insurance costs are paid for by the buyer (including actual shipping costs in instances where Free Shipping is provided).
