Q:What determines the shipping costs? |

A:Our shipping price is non-negotiable. It is determined based on several factors not just the actual postage. I have carefully calculated the shipping costs and this is what they are set at. Read the auction before bidding. My items are priced competitively based on their rarity. If you are unhappy with any facet of the auction don't bid. |

Q:Do you combine shipping? |

A:Shipping discounts are taken at checkout. If there are any problems with the combined discount please contact us. |

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

A:We ship out with 1-3 days of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival. Canadian customers please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. In saying that the wait can be much shorter as we do ship out as fast as possible. However, we are accounting for the speed in which the post office handles. |

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

A:The first item is $3.50 and each additional is $2.75. If you are purchasing in bulk please contact me. International shipping is $4.95 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional. |

A:If you are unhappy in any way, please message me and I will gladly resolve any issue. I am only satisfied with a happy customer. |

Q:What will I receive if I win a sample auction? |

A:You receive 1/4 or 1/2 tsp depending on which item you purchase. This does not fill the jar. It is a generous sample. It is authentic MAC. It is a sterile jar which I mark the name of the pigment on. |

A:We use your paypal confirmed address only! Please make sure this is correct. Many shipments are sent to the wrong address because people do not update their current address. |
