Payment:

Winning bidder agrees to provide us with their name, mailing address and method of payment within 3 days of auction close. Payment for all items is due within 7 days of auction close, please do not bid if you cannot meet the payment deadline. We accept Paypal only.

Shipping:

Most items are shipped the next business day after payment is received, we ship M-F only, not on weekends. Our items are shipped via UPS Ground or through one of the options offered by the USPS. We offer discounted shipping rates on multiple auctions won during the same 7 day period. Buyers interested in combined shipping must wait for us to send an invoice after the auction ends in order to get the correct rates. Please let us know if you need an item faster, upgraded shipping is available for an additional charge. Sorry, we are not available for local pickup.

International bidders:

Please contact us for shipping rates if international calculator is not listed in auction. International packages are usually shipped once per week, so there may be a delay of several days before items are shipped. ***Sorry, because of problems with the postal service we no longer ship to Italy. ***

Return policy:

Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
