WHO WE ARE: We are William and Cheryl Morgan, selling as Something Special Antiques. We have been selling on Ebay since 1997. We buy and sell antiques and old collectible item. With the advent of the computer auctions, our business is mostly sales on Ebay. Specializing in quality antiques, vintage collectibles including Pottery, Porcelain, China, Elegant Glass, Depression Glass, Carnival Glass, Kitchen Collectibles, Toys, Diecast, Dolls, Vintage Photos, Hall, Hull, Fire King, Anchor Hocking, Hazel Atlas, McKee Jeannette, Fenton, Indiana Glass, Fostoria, and Cambridge. We strive to provide honest, accurate and complete description of our items to ensure customer satisfaction.

Terms and Conditions

1. BIDDING ON OUR AUCTIONS: Ask all questions you may have before the auction closes. Follow all eBay Community Guidelines and other rules. Bid only on what you are willing to pay for promptly. Communicate with us after the action ends by responding to our billing message. Provide your names and address so we may prepackage items. Send the correct amount in payment, including sales tax if it is due. Send payment so that it arrives withing 7 days of the close of auction. Bring problems to our attention so we may have a proper chance to correct them.

EBAY OUTAGES: Ebay automatically extends auctions one day if they have an outage of two hours or longer. However, whenever an outage occurs, no matter how short, bidders cannot enter their bids and the auction results may be strongly affected. Such auctions in our opinion are improperly completed.

SHIPPING: ALL packages are insured for the purchase price with NO exceptions. We will not ship without insurance regardless of the price of the item. Our shipping cost may be slightly higher than others due to our careful and conscientious packing. We use bubble wrap, peanuts and double box when it is necessary to do so. Please remember that the postage rate on the parcel does not reflect the true cost of mailing an item. Buyer is responsible for postage and insurance cost unless otherwise stated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International buyers are welcome. The only form of payment is Paypal

RETURNS: We accept returned for any reasonable cause. All returns must be in our possession within 7 days after you receive the item and with our prior knowledge that it is being returned. Promptness on a return is mandatory and there will be no exceptions to the 7 day turn-a-around policy. All items are mailed with confirmation of delivery at the seller's expense. We do not charge a restocking fee but we will not refund initial or return postage fees. We will also deduct any and all ebay fees which includes listing fee and commission if we have accurately described the item. When we have authorized what few returns we have had, we have found, upon their arrival, that the return was due to "buyer's remorse" as there was nothing wrong with the product. Therefore compensation, for Ebay fees, lies with the buyer and not the seller. We will not accept any items that are returned and not insured. They will be returned to the sender. If you item is not received within 2 week of your payment mailing date we ask thay you contact us at that time because your item may be lost. Remember, nothing can be done with a lost item, via USPS for 30 days. At that time Something Special Antiques will initiate a claim for a lost package. We are not responsible for broken or damaged items. If damage occurs, with either USPS, UPS or any other subsidiary shipping company, Something Special Antiques will assist with any and all claims forms. USPS is responsible for their breakage as is UPS and both have their own insurance which you will have paid for. This is the reason we require insurance on all of our shipments.

LIABILITY: Something Special Antiques and its associates are not responsible for any use or misuse and or/injury or damage caused by the purchase of any items from the above mentioned.
