ABOUT SONIC-CHICKEN

Hello and thanks for taking the time to checkout our about me page,

  SONIC-CHICKEN is a fun store that we have created to offer extremely low priced music CDs.  Our focus with this store is volume.  Because of our ultra low price we are passing these discs on to you at, they need to be batch processed which may lead to a mistake or two from time to time.  We do want our customers to be happy, so please make sure to let us know if receive a disc that something other then expected, will do what it takes to make you a happy customer.

  Computers and Audio are substantial hobby of ours, so it only made sense to merge the two together and have some fun selling CD's on eBay.  We strive to acquire high quality material for resale that are of interest to many different tastes.  I am personally very experimental with the types of music that I will try simply because there are so many great artist that just don't make it into mainstream popularity. 

  Bill Leeb, Al Jourgenson, Trent Reznor, Sasha Konietzko would have to be by far my favorite artists.  They have shown extreme versatility and talent that transcends genres.

MEDIA RATING SYSTEM

  We have strived to create a media rating system that gives a more detailed rating of the material that is up for sale then the average.  We have found that there are a number of sellers who only give the basic 'NEW' or "USED' rating on the material with nothing else to back it, which really leaves a lot of questions.  There are some better rating systems that break it up into Mint, Very Good, Good, Fair - which are admittedly better then just used - but it doesn't give the buyer any real indication of what the usage level of the materials are to asses if they are comfortable with a 'Good' or 'Fair' CD.

  We realize that there are collectors at all pricing points and they wish to know what they can expect, so we developed the 11 point rating system (an tribute to our Spinal Tap heroes), to best convey the overall condition of the booklet, inserts and CD itself.  We make a point to not carry anything under a #4 rating, though we list information on #3 thru #0. 

 

  From time to time we run across punch-out and or cut-out discs, please expect that the price point we selling these disc at you may/will get one.  We do apologize in advance if we over look putting this in the ad, we do try our best but a mistake does happen.  Let us know if we goofed, and we will make sure that you are taken care of and turned into one of our thousands of happy customers.
