After purchasing an item, you have two check-out options. If you would like to continue shopping and combine shipping, please do not check out or pay until you have purchased your final item. Items purchased within 3 days qualify for our combined shipping discount.

Please click HERE to CHECK OUT NOW. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation. Your items will automatically be shipped the next business day.
Check-Out Later: Within 3 hours of your purchase, you will be notified via email with payment instructions. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.
Checkout must be completed within 14 days of purchasing your first item.

| How do we return items? |
|
We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unworn, new items purchased. Returns must come with the tags still on them. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping. Please send all returns to:

| Can we mark the item as a gift or sample? |

| Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. |

| What happens if I don't pay within 14 days of my first purchase? |

| If payment is not received within 14 days of the original purchase, the checkout will expire and the order will be cancelled. If the item is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. |

Our secure checkout system will give you a choice to pay with paypal, personal check, cashiers check, money order or credit card. If sending a money order or check, please be sure to write your item number on the money order or check.
Payment is required within 14 days of your purchase. If payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be cancelled.

| We offer combined shipping for items purchased and auctions won within a 3 day period. Please do not check out or pay for any of your items until you have finished shopping within 3 days of your original purchase so that we can combine shipping for you. After you purchase your final item, complete the secure Channel advisor Check Out and it will generate your invoice with all of your items plus combined shipping. We do try to ship within 24 hours of payment, so please do not pay for items until you have finished shopping in order to receive the combined shipping discount. |

| How long will it take to get an item embroidered? |
Most items purchased from Sophia's Style Boutique can be personally embroidered for $8 per item. Please allow 7 days after cleared payment for items to be personally embroidered. We can not accept returns for embroidered items.
