Hello everyone.....a bit about my world

  Adore beautiful gardens , Bryan Ferry and Simply Red and the colour purple~

After work, in the evenings and on the weekends my favorite hobbies and fun things to do are reading, (can not imagine a life without books)  gardening and painting (the latter when I can find the time) I  enjoy nice dinner parties with smashing table settings, scented floral arrangements, nice wine , good music and..... of course sharing these lovely  things with good friends and often someone on the "fly" who just happens to be around at the time and of course,  with my wonderful husband Chris and my family....All these good things are a privilege in this life and I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy them.
