Hi all! Hopefully you can find most of the answers you're looking for on this page.
First off here's the TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
Checks drawn on US banks in US funds, Money Orders, Paypal,bidpay. Cash is accepted but not recommended and at your own risk.
I prefer paypal, and payment by paypal gets first priority for shipping.FAQ:
1. CAN YOU EMAIL ME WHEN YOU GET THE PAYMENT/WHEN YOU SEND IT OUT?
SORRY, I can't. I will be happy to REPLY to any email inquiries you have,however.
2. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
The NORMAL TIME it takes from the day you send payment to the day you receive the CD is about 2 weeks (give or take a few days). I go to the post office at least twice a week, and up to 4 times a week (i'm gone every Friday on business). I do my best to get items out as fast as possible.
3.IS THIS AN ORIGINAL OR A COPY/IS THIS RESEALED OR FACTORY SEALED?
EVERY item I sell (without exception) is the OFFICIAL RELEASE,and not a copy/CD-R. Also,if I say something is sealed, it's factory sealed. (I also guarantee every item I sell :-)
4. WHAT CONDITION IS THIS IN?
I grade every item I sell in the description of the auction: Here's a rough guide of what the grading means:
Mint: Flawless / like new (no scratches)
NearMint: A couple light scuffs / near flawless
VG+ (Very Good+): A few scratches that don't affect the play at all
VG- (Very Good-): Quite a few scratches that don't affect the play at all.
and so on.... If something is hacked up or has a deep gouge or other flaw (such as water damage to the cover,etc), I'll state as much in the auction.
5. WHO IS THIS/WHAT'S THE STORY WITH THIS ?
When all else fails you can email me, and I'll do my best to answer all your questions~ ("OOP" means Out Of Print...that's 1 less question I'll get;-)
TERMS OF SALES:
#1-Include the item/auction number with ALL correspondance. It might not seem like a big deal, but I HAVE TO have that number to look up your auction/item.
#2-I do expect payment to arrive within 10 days of my confirmation email to you. (20 days for you overseas folks). Because of Ebay's new non-payer policy, this is extra important. If you get a non-bidder email, it's not personal: Ebay has set it up so now we sellers have to file this letter 10 days before we claim a partial refund.
