Laser Cutting, Fabrication, and Engraving Brake Press Since July 16, 1996, Spacetron, Inc has been providing services such as manufacturing, design, and fabrication, including laser cutting, laser engraving and etching, as well as forming and bending with an 8-foot, 88-ton brake press. Our Mitsubishi Laser is capable of cutting a wide range of metals and thicknesses up to 5/8" mild steel, 3/8" stainless steel, and 1/4" aluminum as well as exotic metals such as titanium and non-metallic materials such as acrylics, wood, and stone. Spacetron, Inc provides design services and is comfortable working from customer sketches. Spacetron can optimize your part for manufacturing. First your component can be laser cut, formed by bending, with additional options such as welding, stud-welding, engraved or etched, deburring, and vibratory deburring. Spacetron also responds to your short-run prototypes (1-2 pieces) and production runs can be anywhere from 10 to thousands of parts. Spacetron can use your provided material or use our extensive selection of stock materials. We can also do exotic and special orders and offer FREE quotes and FREE samples to those on our mailing list. We will also store customer materials inside our warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days. Shipping costs are our actual cost to get the part to you, so there is no mark up and there is always a 3-4 working day turnaround. Laser Cutter Personalized Pet ID Dog/Cat Tags All of our tags are polished stainless steel. Personalize these tags with your dog's name and your phone number. All tags come with a split ring to attach to the collar. We can etch up to three lines including the name or you can put the name on front and the number on back. You can pick your own font as well. Just be sure to mention the name of the font you want when ordering. You can send us an email once your payment goes through to specify what you want etched onto the tag as well as the font. The etching will NOT come off. The polish is more reflective making the tags more noticeable and the etching stand out more. These are a much higher quality than any you can find in stores. These are made of durable, unbendable 1/16" stainless steel, then polished and laser etched. You can use these not only for dog tags, but for zipper pulls, key chains, backpacks, crafts or anything else you can think of. Vets and Shelters are welcome to buy from us as well.
