As of 4/01, *ANYONE* with zero (0) feedback must e-mail me for approval PRIOR to bidding. All bidders who do not do so will have their bids cancelled and if rebidding, I will add you to my blocked bidders list permanently. In addition, I DO NOT accept bids from users who have excessive and/or recent negative feedback or an excessive bid retraction history. Basically, serious bidders only, please. Thanks for your understanding! I am very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused to the "good" new bidders on eBay. In the past, over 95% of winning bidders with no feedback were non-paying bidders (AKA: deadbeats), therefore I must place this new policy into effect. It is bad when the few "bad apples" have to ruin it for everyone, but I have no other options at this time.
