Our transportation matters in so many different ways...

I am an ASE Master Automobile Technician that has been serving the Fort Collins, Colorado community for ten years. I use my professional experience to provide quality used automotive parts to the ebay community.

Used auto parts can be a very cost effective solution to repair a vehicle, however they are not an ideal solution.  Ideally, all parts that you replace on your vehicle would be new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).  Unfortunately new OEM parts often cost 200 to 600% more than those from an aftermarket parts store (Autozone, Checker, Carquest, Pep Boys, NAPA, etc.).  Aftermarket parts stores will sell you a part for a much cheaper cost, however the quality of the part is never as good as the original OEM one and may not function well or last long at all.  This is where used OEM parts come into play.

A used OEM part provides many benefits.  It is high quality and much cheaper.  In most cases they are even cheaper than purchasing one from an aftermarket parts store.  Usually you can buy two or more used OEM parts for the price of an new OEM or even an aftermarket part.   You can try multiple used OEM parts before the total cost of the repair exceeds the cost of replacing a part with a new OEM or an aftermarket part.

I take the risk out of buying used OEM parts because I am an experienced automotive industry professional.  I know which parts are worth the effort and I give a guarantee for every part that I sell.  A used master window switch from a SAAB 9000 with 200,000 miles isn't going to do anyone much good.  It's life has already been used up.  On the other hand, one that came from a vehicle that has only 60,000 miles or has been replaced within the last 60,000 miles still has many years of useable life left.  This is where I come in.  I only sell parts that have enough life left in them to be a cost effective solution to you.

Take a realistic look at your car.  Will it last you only a few more years or are you going to try to keep it alive forever?  Most of the parts that I sell are for vehicles that are more than five years old.  At this age there are many used OEM parts that can keep your vehicle functioning correctly for years.  I get the parts at an unbelievable price and my profit comes even though I offer them for only a small fraction of new OEM costs.

I WILL NOT SELL A PART THAT WON'T LAST LONG ENOUGH TO BE WORTH YOUR WHILE!  Bid with confidence knowing that I won't sell you a part that will break shortly after installing it.

Please take stock in the excellent positive feedback that I have received.  Ebay is one of the ways that I can meet my financial needs after becoming partially disabled.  My life depends on taking care of my customers and keeping them happy.  I would not only loose profit but my livelihood if I didn't stand up to my word.  With that said, please bid with confidence knowing that I offer excellent customer service.
