Your satisfaction
with our products is our number-one goal! Please do not hesitate to
contact us should a problem arise. If after receiving your item you
determine that it was not what you expected, simply contact us 1-888-330-6172 toll-free within 30 days of the original
sale
date for a return
authorization number and return instructions. Once we receive the
returned item, we will verify the item's condition and issue a refund in
the same manner that payment was made. In order to qualify for a full product refund, the
original item must be returned in like-new condition, in the original
retail box with all parts, accessories, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Electronic Equipment Return Policy:
Covered items include, but are not limited to vinyl cutters and heat press machines. Defective equipment will be exchanged in accordance to
our Defective Items Policy listed below. Non-defective units can be returned for a refund less a
20% Restock
charge within 30 days of the original delivery date. We
charge a restock fee because the equipment returned to us can no longer be
re-sold as new. Shipping
charges not refundable.
In order to qualify for an 80% return refund, the following conditions
must be met:
- The equipment is returned in it's original factory box.
- Item is in like-new condition and fully operational (we will inspect
and test the unit).
- All original parts and accessories are returned.
- Serial number of the returned unit matches the recorded serial
number of the unit originally shipped.
If upon inspection we find that the unit is inoperable, has been
abused by the customer, or parts are missing, no refund will be issued and the
customer will be contacted for redelivery. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original customer
payment. No exceptions will be made to the Electronic Equipment Return Policy.
Defective Items Policy :
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original
sale date. After
30 days, defective items will need to be returned directly to the
manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. To exchange a
defective item, please
contact us at 1-888-330-6172 toll-free within 30 days of the original sale date for a
return authorization number and return instructions.
Once we receive the returned defective item, we
will verify the item's condition and serial number if applicable. In
order to qualify for an exchange, the original item must be returned in
good condition, in the original retail box with all accessories, parts,
manuals, software, etc.
Specialty Graphics Supply Inc. will reimburse customers for
shipping costs incurred for returning defective items to us. In some cases, the manufacturer will pay for shipping
costs associated with returning defective equipment to their facility. Return
shipping reimbursements will be limited to the original amount charged by
Specialty Graphics Supply Inc. for shipping that item.
Payment Policies: Sales Tax:
We are required by law to collect sales tax from Illinois residents only.
Orders picked up in person are taxable also. Sales Tax will be added
for Illinois residents at the rate of 7.0%. The state of Illinois
offers a tax exemption for equipment used in graphics production (vinyl
cutters, heat presses are eligible). A copy of the the company's
sales tax registration form issued by the State of Illinois must be
provided and a purchase exemption form must

Credit Card Payments by Phone:
We will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express credit card payments by phone at
1-888-330-6172 toll-free.
Check by Mail:
We accept
all check payments drawn on banks located in the USA. We will not
accept checks drawn on foreign banks.
Money orders, Cashier's
checks, and personal/business checks need to be made out to SPECIALTY GRAPHICS SUPPLY INC. and mailed to:

Personal/Business Check
Policy: Shipment will be held for 5-7 business days to allow for check
clearance. For fast service
with no check clearance delay, please send a money order or cashier's
check.
PayPal Payments: In order to be
eligible for the PayPal Fraud Protection Program, we will only ship items to a
Buyer's CONFIRMED PayPal address for items over $100.00.
If a Buyer plans on picking up a purchased item
in person at our West Chicago, IL office,
PayPal will not be accepted for payment.
Shipping Policies:
Unless otherwise stated, the Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs. In most situations, FedEx Ground
is our carrier of choice and all shipments will be fully insured with the
carrier. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time. Expedited shipping is available for an
additional charge through either FedEx or UPS.
We do not ship internationally
or to APO addresses unless otherwise stated.
Specialty Graphics Supply Inc. ships orders Monday-Friday. In
most cases, items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of a confirmed
customer payment, and in many cases, in less than 24 hours of receipt of a
confirmed payment. FedEx Ground shipping times range from 1-5
business days depending on the Buyer's distance from our West Chicago, IL
warehouse. If the item is shipping to a residential address, FedEx Ground Home Delivery makes deliveries Tuesday
through Saturday. No residential deliveries are made on Sundays and
Mondays.
Stated shipping costs are for delivery locations in
the contiguous USA only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be
more. Please contact us for shipping quotes to these areas.
Free FedEx Ground Shipping Offer Details:
If free ground shipping is offered for a specific eBay item, the following restrictions apply:
- The item will be shipped by FedEx Ground or another carrier of our choice.
- Free shipping is offered to ship-to addresses located in the continental USA only. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico. We will contact the customer to notify them of shipping charges that will be applied to their order.
- The actual shipping cost that we incurred to ship the item will be indicated on the sales receipt provided to the customer.
- Should the customer return the item, the shipping fee that we incurred will be deducted from the refund amount along with any restock fees that may be due.
- The free ground shipping offer may be discontinued at any time.
Order Pickup:
Customers may pick-up a purchased item in person at
our West Chicago, IL office, please notify us by phone ahead of
time so we can prepare your order and make sure that a Specialty
Graphics Supply employee is present to complete the transaction. At
the time of pick-up, the Buyer will be required to present appropriate
identification and sign a receipt showing acceptance of the
item. As stated earlier, PayPal, personal checks and business checks
are not acceptable payment methods for customer pick-up orders. Orders picked up in person are taxable.
Privacy Policy:

respects the privacy and security needs of its customers. Our online
store offers secure (SSL) encrypted transactions so our customers can safely
provide credit card and other confidential information.
Specialty Graphics Supply Inc. will
not sell or share customer email addresses with third parties.
Customer phone numbers are requested for order
verification and other order related issues. We will not use
customer phone numbers for telemarketing purposes nor will we sell or
