Over 4 years ago we began our adventures into sewing for profit out of a simple desire to have a little extra money for swimming lessons for our four children.  We started by selling Star Wars costumes on eBay and have been sewing ever since.  Over time we have expanded to include custom made Renaissance and Pirate costumes.  

As we ventured into the Renaissance market we found a need for period wedding dresses.  Not everyone wants to get married in a white satin gown.  It has been a lot of fun to make non-traditional wedding gowns and to get to know customers around the world.  There is something very satisfying knowing that something that we made is being worn halfway around the world on our customer's special day. 

As word got out that we were making period wedding gowns we found yet another sewing need - modest custom made wedding gowns.  Brides who don't want a strapless gown are often limited in their bridal gown choices.  We began offering our custom made wedding dress services to customers in Utah in the Spring of 2007.  Since then we have made numerous dresses and many happy brides. 

More recently we decided to venture into the realm of boutique quality children's clothing.  As you can see from the family photo we have five children.  Our girls in particular are always asking to have new skirts, dresses, etc... sewn for them.   We decided that as long as cute children’s items were being designed and sewn we might as well sew for other children who want unique items as well. 

We run this business together.  It is the sole source of income to support our family of seven.  We feel very lucky that our children get to see both of their parents so much.  It is not always easy but it is always worth it.   Eve does the sewing and designing (the fun part)  and Jim does the shipping, accounting, processing orders, etc.... (the not so fun part).   If you e-mail with a product question generally Eve will answer and if you have a question regarding shipping or when your order will be complete normally Jim will be assisting you.  Regardless of who helps you rest assured that we are working together on the answer.

We  offer both ready to ship as well as custom made items.  Custom items are made to the measurements that you provide. 

Currently most orders are shipped within 2 - 4 weeks of payment.  Occasionally it will take up to 6 weeks before an order is shipped.  

If you are on a strict time schedule that you need your item for please let me know and I will do my best to make sure you have it in time.
