I just thought I would pass this along To all The ebayer"s (seller's & buyer's alike).

Not To long ago after having a great holiday selling on ebay. In early January of 2007 I had a limit put on me from ebay stating: I could only sell a certian amount of My Coach items a week. They would not tell me the number I could sell, just that I might be breaking some of ebays policys about fake merchindise. This went on for about a month, in the mean time I was getting very fustrated and towards the end of the month was emailing ebay every day about when are they going to take this limit off of me.I even went on one of there ask a question radio shows to ask a question, but to know avail. In the mean time I couldn't list anything  and when I e-maild them they told me that with what I have been selling I have to get POSITIVE FEED BACK and keep a excellent customer repore while they checked me out in order to get this limit lifted off of me. In the mean time I became a power seller  and not to long after that the limit was lifted off of me. And here is the e-mail that ebay sent me when the limit had been lifted:
