Muscle Chick!
Anyone can transform. Even though I did a physique transformation 8 1/2 years ago, I continue to change. For the past year I've enjoyed the experiment of being in business for myself. There's nothing like being self employed. Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. I kicked my corporate job to the curb and started a business doing what I love: fitness. After surgery for cervical cancer, I just couldn't take it anymore. I wanted to find a labor of love! And I've found it! Personal training and figure coaching.
Always a student, I want to be a better person and strive for enlightenment.
I'm always learning. Lately I'm learning more about spirituality and healing, how frameworks of beliefs support one another to a greater knowledge and freedom of living, and how I can become a more productive and better citizen of my country.
