I adore and love animals and also Jesus very closely ... I work at a veterinary hospital, I love rock music ... I adore my wife ... I have a son born in 2004 and two step daughters ... I am not rich nor do I aspire to be rich ... I want to start a rescue center for wildlife and pets ... is crazy about aquariums ... I hope to stay happy and live a long life with my family and friends ...

At one time I was an atheist who didn't believe in anything except objective and observable reality (I still consider myself an objectivist however). I may be one of very few people who choose to tell you why I am no longer a stubborn atheist. Here goes... 

On March 17th, 1998 the extraordinary happened to me. I was a forklift driver for a factory in Kenosha, Wisconsin. One day I was called to the docks to meet a semi driver waiting for his 24 pallets of goods. I noticed that the driver looked much like my dad (who passed away in 1984 at the age of 76 and I was 15). We kept staring at each other and smiling as I loaded his rig. Then when I was done he started telling me, "You look like someone who needs God". I told him I'm not a believer. "The existence of Jesus and God it's all true." he told me. And he looked into me, "You don't need anything except Jesus nothing more not even religion. Because Jesus is that good." We spoke about other things and he told me his name was Benjamin. The more I looked at him the more he began looking like my dad. (In 2004 my son was born and I named my son after this semi-driver. I quit smoking cigarrettes permanently the day Benjamin was born!) He told me he came from Puerto Rico (my real father was from Mexico City). Then when it was time for him to sign his Bill Of Lading. I told him he reminded me of my father. He quickly asked me what my full name is and I told him, "Efrem Jose Cedillo". He gave me a huge hug as I thanked him for telling me about Jesus. Then as he was pulling out, I was in a heavy daze and I asked myself, "What just happened here?" I will never know for certain. After going back and forth on it for several months and trying hard to review it in my mind everyday, I finally decided it was my father. I finally told myself I was with my dad for 45 minutes. The more I thought about this man the more shocked I felt. The day I decided it was dad I told my sister. My sister told me God gave me a special gift that day as tears dripped down her cheeks. She reminded me how Christ-like, generous, and good dad was. He was a life-long devout Christian-Catholic.

Jesus doesn't need for you to be Christian. If you follow your non-Christian religion, no matter which religion, you are still following Christ's commandments. Here is how I know and it's so simple; because, Jesus is that good.

On another note I tell people who believe animals do not go to Heaven that they are wrong. They believe that you need a soul to get to Heaven. Only humans need that not animals. And the reason your pet is going to Heaven is because you the pet owner established the link that will automatically send it to Heaven. And that link is the love you gave your pet. Your pet will be waiting there for you...even though your pooch died of parvo or your kitty died from renal failure or your fish got ick, they are not gone forever. Here is how I know... Because Jesus is that good.

When the true Jesus comes back, the entire planet will wake up and stay awake forever, and my wife and kids are going to leave everything behind and go to Him. Come with us. Don't choose to stay behind ... It will never be too late to cross over to Him. You don't even need to change your religion. It will have been ok to be a non-believer until His Arrival. It will be ok to have been anti-Christ. Follow me to Him when that day arrives. There will never be a need for anything anymore. You will see that all Earthly things were meaningless and all Earthly beliefs will be ... meaningless. And, just like the Von Trapp, family in the movie "The Sound Of Music", my family and I will be up on the mountains yelling for you to come and follow us.

If you're not sure what to believe, or its all pseudo-science and bull-shit malarchy to you, then say this prayer and eventually, when you least expect it, the Forever will reveal Himself to you in some way fit for you. The Forever will contact you when He is ready. Just say it to yourself and that's all that is. No matter what you are, open yourself up with diligent patience and this little prayer (my sister gave this prayer to me years ago, author unknown) will help keep you away from bad times and bring clarity to your own beliefs. I tried it as an athiest long ago without believing it would do me any good. But, because I thought it was catchy, I liked the prayer anyway, even though I felt it was fictional ... at the time. It took over a decade for something to happen to me but what is time when there is eternity? I call it the LLPP prayer.

The Light of God surrounds me.   The Love of God enfolds me.

The Power of God protects me.   The Presence Of God watches over me.
